Personally i am of the belief this way of life is a constant learning curve.  Even when you know X,Y,Z is still ways to improve or polish what you are and what your becoming no matter the rank.  Like many people we look round ans see the streets in disaray and not all have that talent to bring it to life which is important, or their own businesses in the business district.   I think if we all had the full package of talents even at made, a lot of us would be bored and gone in no time or commit a silly act in an attempt to make room at the top.

I think we are born with certain skills but no matter who we are we develop others and should be made even with limited skills as long as representing the principles the family is based on.  This is why it is a family, alone many of us are limited but together we are something more, something special.  The sad part is for some teaching of members, or utilisation of the talents never happens.  So no matter what the made man could achieve in many cases he will never have that chance to shine, as several others may have the same talents but only so many jobs to fill, or spaces for crews..    Can't have too many cheifs and not enough indians at the end of the day.
