Legalize it everywhere, just tax it, this its better for the government, and reduces away criminal activities. Treat it like alcohol.

Can't even buy alcohol on Sunday where I live; no way weed will ever be found acceptable/legal where I live.

Legalizing will stop the cartels from getting rich. Legalizing will definitely stop the Government deficit I am so tired of hearing about every 4 years. Legalizing will sustain medicare, infrastructure and border control. Maybe we ought to draw stick figure pictures for this inempt Government in the states. Jeff Sessions is a huge problem.

This is a fairly simple question for me. It all boils down to that it has, when properly administered and grown, more benefits than side effects.  I have seen it help so many people, and you never hear of someone dying from its side effects.  It's safer than alcohol and doesn't give you the opportunity to do something you normally wouldn't do.

Do I smoke it? Nope, it is currently illegal where I live.  

Some of the issues that they will run into is how to see "how high" you actually are - similar to BAC with alcohol.  So this would effect driving, working, and numerous other things.  I work in the Safety field and would have no issue with someone smoking weed at night on their own time; but definitely not running a piece of heavy machinery.  

So for those of you who live in an area where it is legal - What are the requirements of working conditions and driving restrictions?

I think legalize it in all states.  Kind of crazy you cross a line and it legal, but the prices are sure going up.

People can imo do what they want in their own house, as long as they don't inflict damage upon others
