I have a suggestion that all people will probably hate, but will bring some more realism to this game.
Right now once we have sent up our Witness Statement to our respected collectors, what do you do with the initial report? some just throw it away, but most end up going to the warden for cash or leniency on your prison sentence. Right now the warden  just holds on to them, does nothing of importance with them, maybe he sleeps with them under his pillow I don’t know. I think it is time he gets some serious respect in this thing of ours.

He has decided that it’s time for the law to come down hard on certain people. He has developed a team of people to decipher each and every Statement he gets sent. This will then be placed in your folder as evidence. Once he has collected enough evidence (a fairly large number of statements) he will come down on you like a ton of bricks. With he will either sentence you in a maximum security prison (unable to be busted and most likely to happen), liquidise all of your assets (take the money in your federal account) or sentence you to death by electric chair (least likely to happen).

Before you go off on one saying this is horrible, this will only happen when he has collected enough evidence. As he is still as crooked as ever, you can pay him a certain amount to misplace some of the evidence. even when you have been sentenced to death, there is a chance that during the appeal, a expensive revelation will occur that proves you to be innocent.

[Idea ooc.
every WS collected by the warden will count towards an evidence meter (maybe1-2%), when the meter gets to 100% you get caught in a raid.
3 things can happen:
prison for a period of time (1-12 hours)
loss of all your money from your federal bank account.
death. (you get one day to appeal.)
you can tip the warden to remove 1 WS worth of evidence (at a cost of $25,000)
If you get caught and sentenced to death, your family has one day to come up with an absurd amount of money (2-3mil) to save you.]

I agree, I think it's an excellent idea, a few tweaks and amendments and this could be implemented.

The death part is too harsh as there is already a chance of gun malfunction, though as said, a few shakes here and there, this could be good.

good idea, would be good, the only thing i would say is.

"your family has one day to come up with an absurd amount of money (2-3mil) to save you." Wouldnt class this as absurd, that cash  is easy to make and nobody would get the death penilty. If you was to increase the amount say more 7-10 mill, then the family could make a decision as a unit weather or not your life would be worth that kind of dollar or not. Now that would throw the cat amoung the pigeons.

I like the idea but not to take money from you as this had nothing to do with the murders you comited only the criminal organization, so I would like to see this but it not to take money from you.

Oh might I add someting? I think the for every let's say 100 kills the percentage goes up a percentage let's say 5%. That is all...

Well if you can pay to have the evidence meter reset. For like 2.5 mill, why pay to save your life instead of paying off the meter at like 99%?

I like the idea but it could use more critiquing.

2.5million is not enough I think it would have to be at 15million for it to be big and scary >:D

Matt, this isn't a shot em up kinda game, there are too many retards with canons strapped to their arms. Do you realize the whole point of this suggestion? Please come back with real critism other then moans and whining.

I would like to thank you all for your comments on this suggestion. This is obviously a rough and if one of the admins were to do this, they would make it there own.

@Clarence & vito. I understand why people would think that death is a harsh punnishment. But without death, I personally think that it wouldnt be taken too seriously, going in jail isnt that bad of a punnishment, you go and do sointhing for a couple of hours, and if your not tipping you keep your monet in your local banks. the possibility of death makes the not so great shooter, who the family might not spend a huge amount of money to save, tip him to make sure that he wont die.

@mcdermott. The warden wouldnt let you know what hand he holds. you will not know how many Witness statements he has.

@matt. the Liquidising of assets in the federal account could easily be worked around if you were concerned about you getting caught.

@Makavelli & spacepole. This would be something the admins to decide. i just put 2-3Mil as a guideline.

Oh and maybe the removal of the gun while in jail. I think would add to the severity of the jail punishment, but the percentage may need to be higher, I guess this is up for debate as I am loving the suggestion.

I only thing i have a problem with is all your money going now. Now as you's said add some realism I do not find it realistic that the cops take all your money, dump it and don't care about you any more, if any thing money should stay but jail should definatly happen you are more likely to be jailed and maybe if your jailed it takes maybe 50% of your wanted status type thingy away as you think about it being realistic your going to be watched more for being jailed for murder than someone who has maybe commited one.

i understand, i think what makavelli suggested, taking your gun would be a good substitution for the money.
