Cherokee walks up to a conveniently placed soapbox on the streets and clears his voice.

Today I have come out to these streets to make an Announcement that I've been waiting a very long time to make. Today my boss and Friend has managed to earn the Esteemed rank of Godfather.

I've watched Joey_Cesari grow from the first member of his bloodline to become a crewleader into the shining example of leadership that we see before us today. When I first started to work for Joey I thought, man this guy is in over his head. Yet I've watched him prove me wrong over and over again. Joey has had obstacle after obstacle placed in front of him and blown them away time and time again. My bloodline has been around for some time now, and I cannot remember many people who have worked as hard as this man has. Words cannot express how proud I am of this man today. While I am saddened that I will not be his Right Hand Man anymore, I am enthralled by the fact that he has chose me to work alongside Caveman as his underboss.

I have never seen a man work as hard to prove to the world that he deserves to be in the position he is. This is a man who has shown more compassion to his family than I often see. A man who would do anything for his friends and family, and who would fight to his last breath for even the smallest fish in his sea. This is a man I've seen mentor a member from a gangster to being one of his capo's.

It is a fine day for St. Louis. I have worked along side Joey, and Cherokee for some time now and can think of no one better to fulfill the tasks ahead of them.

Joey you have worked day and night trying to make NY the city it has become. You survived the many challenges that we faced and came out on top for us. This is certainly very well deserved promotion for you, I am sure SL will be amazed by your work just like we were in NY.
