Whatsername hears the news and stops by her favourite winery and then a fine cigar shop before boarding a flight to St. Louis. Upon landing in the city she drives to the celebration as fast as she can. Whatsername finds Joey sitting with a few close friends and approaches the group. She places her gifts on the table and then addresses the newest Godfather.

Joey you have truly worked hard for this honour and I am so happy your time has come. Congratulations, I am sure you, along with Cherokee and Caveman will bring this thing of ours great honour within your city.

Bruiser patiently waits while Don Whatsername pays her respect.  Once she's finished Bruiser slowly approaches only to be stopped by a rather large Italian man who wants Bruiser to remove his hand from his inside jacket pocket.  Once Bruiser explains it's only a cigar, the large man allows him past.  Reaching his hand out Bruiser shakes the hand of the new Godfather.

Sir I know this is our first time meeting and I just wanted to stop by and wish you the best of luck and to say I look forward to possibly working together and hopefully lining all of our pockets heavily.

My bloodline has been working with you since your very first steps in this world, following your evolution and success through time. Now that you've reached the most respectful position in this world, I'm delighted to be an even closer member of your family and to work with you to make STL a nice place to live in.

A tall, swarthy man in a blue pin-striped suit emerges from the shadowy doorway after all the previous members of the group have had their say. He doffs his fedora as he approaches the newly authed Godfather with a show of respect. He grasps Joey_Cesari's right hand in both of his and shakes it fondly. A new Cuban cigar magically appears from his coat pocket and he hands it to the Godfather reverently.

"It is with much joy and happiness to congratulate you, Godfather Joey_Cesari, on your new position as the head of our recently established family in St. Louis. You have been a great mentor to me as I've gotten my feet wet in this thing of ours. I hope that your reign is a long and prosperous one, and that your first child be a masculine child...ummm, no wait, that's a different speech. Errr, well I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and our new CL Cherokee, also deserving, and to help make this family the best and brightest. As the old saying goes... Go West, Young Man! May fortune smile on you, Godfather!"

Louie_Bruno backs away from the Godfather, dons his hat and makes his way through the throng of well-wishers to the back of the room...
