| Did Wenger change the game in England? His possession-heavy approach wasn’t really adopted by many teams following Arsenal’s early success. I’d argue what Guardiola did with Barcelona, combining possession focus with counter-pressing, had a much more pronounced effect on the game in England. | |

Wenger may not have revolutionised the playing style when he came, but he definitely revolutionised the way players trained and dieted. This is well documented and not just conjecture. |
