Criseria had been going around all the difference cities and had noticed on her travel that many were in need of a good place to get the local newspaper and current magazines of the day. So she decided she would invest in some Rolling stands that had awnings on it to protect the paper goods from damage of the sun and rain. It had shutters that would close and lock tight once the day was over. 

Missives Information

Now as for those living the life of crime was concerned these magazines and newspapers could be used to send messages to another gangster. All one would have to do is pick up the magazine or paper place the note in it. Then set it in a special section for pickup. The other option is if the information needed to be passed from city to city, one would only need to let the stand clerk know what city to send the item to so they could pick it up in that location. 

The stand will carry drinks, candy, and snacks as well.  There is always the cities local newspaper and here is the list of Magazines and Comics available at the stand. It is divided into sections.

Joli was walking the streets of Detroit enjoying the beautiful day when she came upon a newsstand , she stopped and began thumbing through the different magazines, enjoying such a big collection. She was finding it hard to decide on what she wanted when she came across the magazine Vogue Paris, she had always wanted to visit Paris, so she decided this would have to do for now!

Grabbing the magazine she started thumbing through it looking at the beautiful pictures of the different types of fashions and gawking at the celebrity photos.

"Hello Criseria!" Joli said as she saw a peek of her on the other side of the stand as she was holding onto the magazine and looking to see if she wanted anything else.

Criseria noticed JoliBebe walking down the street towards her newstand. It was an exciting moment for her since it was her first customer to the newstand.  She was hoping this would be successful enterprise whether it be to just to have another legitimate business to help cover her other doings, or to help keep all the local families informed of whatever details needs to arrive from one person to the next. It was quite a set up she was trying to establish here. 

"Hello JoliBebe! How are you doing this fine day? Is there anything I can help you with?"

"I'm doing amazing, how about yourself? I was just kind of browsing. I found this magazine I for sure want, and I should probably pick up a newspaper and keep up to date of the on goings in our world! A snack would be nice as well, I am pretty famished. Do you have chips?"

Joli smiled and started browsing the different newspapers she had available, trying to decide on the best one. She picked up the U.S news as put it on the counter along with the magazine to pay for.

"I could use a soda as well! That should fix me right up!"

Criseria smiled warmly at JoliBebe, recognizing her as a young gangster from Chicago. 

"JoliBebe, I am doing wonderful. Thank you for asking. Please browse for as long as you like, I know it is an extensive selection.  And yes we do have chips, What flavor would you like to have? Right here are the soda's for you to Choose from. You know you are my first customer, so the Drink is going to be on the House."

Criseria starts ring up the goods for the customer of course minus the Drink. "I do hope you come back by sometime, and please remember if you need to use our missive service for any coded notes for anyone and have them pick up the magazine we can do that as well. I assure you they will be quite safe I have hired plenty of help to make sure of it." She nods towards the direction of a couple of the trigger men. 

"I'll have the barbecue chips please, and thank you so much for the free drink, lucky me to be the first!" Joli smiled as she handed her some cash waving away the change as she didn't like to jingle in her pockets. She watched Criseria bag her stuff up for her as they continued the small talk.

"oh a missive service, that could come in handy, I will definitely keep that in mind for my future dealings!" she calmly side glanced towards the men Criseria pointed out without giving away their position.

"So I've been by the local casino here, but I cleaned out the owner with my poker win." Joli chuckles before continuing. "Have you come across any great places to visit, by chance?" she smiles hanging around the newsstand enjoying the company of another woman, since as of late she's just been dealing with men when it came to doing business.

Criseria smiled as the young gangster understood the idea behind the stand hiding in plain sight. 

"Sounds like you have been really successful here. There are a few new business that just opened in Detroit like the Lakeview Garden, also the Greasy Spoon, I believe there is another casino 3 hrs from here in Chicago.  Of course there is always the ones in Las Vegas if you want to do more gambling."

The busy day in Detroit leaving the man looking for a littleness break. He had been looking for locations to serve his fine soups and subs this city defiantly the location for his expansionist business morals. But even still he was more happy and humbled to stop off at the news stand already seeing it serving it’s first customer. He casually makes his way up to the stand greeting its owner Criseria .

”Nice day for w good read isn’t it hun? Pleasant addition to the Detroit business district I must say, I’ll take a copy of the US news and world report as well as one of those hoclste bars you have there.”

TM reaches into his pocket and upon looking up feels the eyes of JoliBebe on him. It was a gaze he was all to familiar with the gaze and in turn his eyes met hers and he flashes back her his arm smile. Even still he figured her husband must be right around the corner so he kept it brief. No need for a scuffle on such a nice day the young mobster thought to himself.

Joli waves to the man she remembered from her bar, and then looked back at Criseria.

"Ahh yes casinos are always fun, Ill have to make a trip to Vegas one of these days though for a more extensive gambling experience. I think ill head to the Lakeview Garden, it's a beautiful day to feed the ducks and enjoy the scenery." Joli smiles and waves goodbye to the two before taking her leave.

"I'll see you again soon Criseria, thank you again for everything." she smiles and strolls away down the sidewalk.

"I hear the place is quite nice, and the owner is a friend of mine, you won't be disappointed. I hope you enjoy the rest of this beautiful day and Thank you again for your business and this pleasant conversation." As she was finishing her conversation with JoliBebe, TM-Scarface walked up and joined them at the cart. 

"It is a wonderful day for a good read, TM. I am so glad you came to see the Newstand. Here is your US News & World Report and chocolate bar." As she rings it up she still couldn't help but notice how handsome this man is especially those eyes that seem to pierce right through you. "How long are you planning on being in town TM? She smiles at him thinking about their time in the park yesterday. It was truly nice to get to talk to him like that and not just in Business settings. 

“Well I like to catch up on the happenings of the world and this is always a nice read. And a littlempick me up to go along with it never hurt anyone. As far as our time the other day I am still smiling over it, has been the highlight of my trip to this city that is for sure. I trust your thoughts on our little get together have been pleasant.”

TM could only remark with his usual smile placing the money for his humble order on the counter. Quickly removing the rapper from the bar as he takes the first bite. It indeed really the pick me up he needed, but even still his inquiring mind on only one thing if she’s had a delightful time with him the other day as he had. Even more so if she’s would be open to another meeting as dug with him again.

Criseria couldn't help but smile at TM-Scarface as he was speaking.

"It is definitely good to keep up on what is going on in our world today. So much happens to quickly in the business world as we learned a few years ago. Perfect choice of a pick me up. Of course I enjoyed our time yesterday, it was an absolutely wonderful.  I do hope we get to make time for something like that again soon." 

A warm smile comes across the young mafiosos face. It a common thing when he hears the news or any info for that matter that he longed to hear. He could only help but nod at her invitation to another prospect of a time out with such a lovely lady excited him as evident by the soak flashed in his eyes upon her words. He can only take a moment to compose himself before he speaks.

”Perhaps we can have a night at the Babylon club? I’ve been meaning to reopen it for the longest time and what not a night to celebrate then a night at home no? I do trust this invitation excited you hun? In any case just send the word and I’ll make the arraignments as always.”

Criseria's smile brightened at the prospect. Of course she loves being back at home in the city of Los Angeles, but even more so it has been so long since she had been in The Babylon Club. Her last night there was one of the most fun she had ever had in her life for a night out on town. It would be great to back in that wonderful establishment. Of course the thought of being there with him was exciting. It looks like they might end up with a good strong relationship to help bring the district back to life. Though the prospect of being at The Babylon Club with him, makes her a bit nervous, because of the connection she was feeling with TM-Scarface. 

"The Babylon Club would be an amazing place to meet back up, I used to love going in there. And being able to be home and near the headquarters makes it even nicer. I wouldn't turn down such an exciting offer, especially from such a handsome gentleman as yourself."

TM smiled at Criseria the thought of being back at the legendary club something that always struck a cord within him. But to indeed call the grand reopening opening on such an epic event as their night out making it just that much more worthwhile. Even still he had never been to the establishment only reading of the legendary moments written in the journal of his grandfather. He takes a deep breathe knowing it was a place of such importance for the city of LA and it’s inhabitants. These two right here and now at the humble news stand we’re no different. TM remarks with a smirk.

”Then expect the time and date soon my dear, and no you would not. This isn’t an offer I just hand out to everyone doll, you know your someone special when. I’ll see you back home yeah? Don’t keep me waiting too long “

TM smirks his eyes on Criseria’s before he takes one more bite of his chocolate bar bidding his farewell with his finnishing words before he departs with his bodyguards. Chocolate bar newspaper but more importantly seconds date at the illustrious Babylon Club. The latter the most important and the young man should objective. He walks away from the humble news stand happy.

In the area just arriving in detroit, Flexx is moving along with one of his Guards. 

"Oh snaps! we don't have anymore cigars, Did you grab a box before we left philly?"

Flexx pats himself down looking for anything, but came up with nothing. As he finishes the last blunt he had rolled they hit the corner and he can see a stand in the distance. This may be the spot that would solve his right now issue. Which wasn't a big issue, but could be the beginning of a nice business relationship. He walks up to the stand puffing on his blunt. 

"Hello there, I like what you have going on here. Can I get a pack of cigars and let me see that weekly you have there."

He points over to the magazine, when he catches the eyes of who was handing it to him, he paused in mid movement, ....

"Criseria?!"..

He was suprised but glad to see a familiar face. 

Criseria was taken by quite a surprise by what had just transpired between her and TM-Scarface. She was having trouble fully grasping what had just passed. The time they had just spent on the picnic was nice, but was she getting that this was to be truly a date, rather than just a get to know you session with her RHM. She knew what The Babylon Club meant to his Grandfather, and for him to want to reopen that so they could have a special night. That would be something else. I guess time would show her what was really happening,  all she could do is ponder at this occurrence and try to find a time that would meet both their schedules, so she could truly find out what this was to be. 

As she was pondering this another customer arrived to the Newstand. She was always happy to help and this guy seemed to be in dire need of a smoke. "Sure, we have these different selections of Cigars, you may pick which one you prefer, and here is the weekly you were referring to.

" As she handed the item to the gentleman he said her name. She looked very closely and she seemed to see a slight resemblance to someone she used to know. "Yes, that is my name, by chance are you the son of someone i knew before?" Criseria smiled as if thinking she knew the answer to this question. 

Mynnes had heard of Crisieria's new adventure within the business district of Detroit and decided she would skip along to contract the beautiful lady and she had an idea of her own. She made her way to Criseria's Newstan and Missives.

Upon arriving she greeted the lady working there and made a request "May I have 1 of each of the magazines and is it possible to get 5 copies of the daily paper too please?" she asked the lady at the stand. "Also please say hi to your boss lady from me, My name is Mynnes, when she is in the city?" Mynnes continued to say. The lady nodded as she got a copy of each of the magazines in a pile along with the newspapers and bundled them together for her with some strings. Mynnes then paid up as she picked up the bundle and started to make way back to her Cafe in the park, with it in mind that her customers had options of reading to do while visiting the LakeView Cafe.

Elias was having a usual busy day in Detroit, he'd just taking a call from his friend Maggie regarding some help finding a lost soul in these streets... on his way Elias lit up his favourite cuban cigar, and headed to pick up his daily newspaper, it was only then that Elias noticed that his usual stand had gone, and been replaced by a fresh new business run by his friend Criseria! Although they hadn't socialised for a while, and since the great Sunday war that swept this world, his father and Chiseria had spoken a lot, and Elias fondly remembered the times and memories that were passed onto him..

Elias walked up to Criseria's Newstand and Missives - and shook Criseria by the hand and tipped his hat in her direction as a sign of respect..'it's good to see you friend' said Elias, before offering her one of his Cuban cigars... 'it looks like you have quite a collection here darling' as Elias continued to ponder what was of interest that day...

After a while Elias selected the Newsweek newspaper.. 'I think i'll take this please, it'll have a synopsis of everything I'm interested in for now' Elias paid Criseria and included a generous tip before shaking her hand again and walking off into the distance, clipping his shoes as he walked along the sidewalk...
