Twist and his bodyguard are walking down a busy Detroit street when he notices a crowd of people. He finds his way threw the crowd to see a well placed news paper and magazine stand he looks over to his bodyguard and nods. Twist spends the next couple minutes looking over the products in the stand and pulls out a few items. A action comic either Superman on the cover, the U.S news and world report paper, muscle and fitness magazine and a bottle of coke a cola. When he aproached the cashier his bodyguard did all the talking.

”Hello my boss here wants to buy the papers! Especially the muscle and fitness magazine.  He has doctor orders to exercise to boost his blood pressure. How much do we owe ya?”

It had been a very busy day here at the Newsstand and Missives and as she was keeping her shelves stocked. She had only stepped away to grab a quick cup of Coffee and as she came back she was told that her dear friend Mynnes had stopped by she was saddened to hear that she had missed her. She had decided she would go by her place of business a little later and see her. 

Criseria's next customer was Blackpanther- a known business enthusiast. "I am so sorry to hear about that fire, yes we do have the local Newspaper, Here you go sir. I do hope you have a pleasant rest of your day."

Criseria was excited to see a new customer at her stand and especially since it seemed to be a son of a dear friend. He looked slightly familar and it is always nice to see people after such a rough season of time. She very affectionately shook Elias's hand and smiled sweetly. " I do try to keep a selection available so that all might find what they are looking for and I see you did find something in your interest, I hope you enjoy and please keep in touch. It was a pleasure seeing you."

Criseria was surprised to see Twist out and about, she had visited a his shop a couple of times now. It was always a pleasant interaction she had with him. She liked the his selections and knew that he had good instincts. As she was ringing him up she smiled over at him and informed him of the amount " It will be 30 cents for the magazines and another 10 cents for the cola so 40 cents total. I do hope you enjoy and come back anytime."

"Blackpanther- Yes, Business does seem to be picking up well, Thank you for asking. I have been traveling around just to make sure I try to stay on top of things and what about for yourself sir?" As Criseria was talking she was making sure all the magazines were aligned properly so that any customer who comes by would be able to see them easily since there had been quite a few customers recently and things had become a bit unorganized.

Criseria accepts the magazine back from Blackpanther- and puts it back where it belongs. 

"I am glad it is going well for you and that you have wonderful help when you are away." Criseria puts new sodeepop in the cooler to make sure there are cold drinks for the next customers who may want some. 

Mynnes would soon be heading towards the airport to fly out of the city. She had already ensured her park &  case was to be looked after in her absence and had been enjoying her visit to Detroit. She wanted to find something to read whilst she was on the flight so bypassed Criseria's Newstand and Missives along the way.

She was a bit saddened that her current trip to Detroit that she never got to bump into one of her favourite people of this world but still she understood. Criseria life was a busy one, one Mynnes could fully understand. Still, wasn't any harm in leaving her little notes around the country as Mynnes often did. 

She got to the newsstand and asked for 2 magazines "May I have a copy of Womans Own and Silver Screen please?" she asked as she continued saying "Oh and a packet of mints too please!". Mynnes was handed the magazines and mints as she gave over the money required "Thank you, and tell your boss lady I said Twang" Mynnes said with a little giggle "Don't ask, she will get it! and thanks again" she continued to say as she then headed towards the airport to catch a flight.

Criseria had a clerk running her Newstand here in Detroit and her friend Mynnes had stopped by while she was doing business elsewhere.  However, the clerk always knows which people to watch out for and to make sure they get all the special treatment and Mynnes message was the best laugh she had all day! Mynnes had purchased Woman's  Own and Silver Screen and some mints.

With her recent purchase of pretzels from Pretzels pretzel wonderland, Intrigue made her way across the district in search of a newsstand that was in her mother's journals. She had plans to pick up a drink and the daily paper to then go along to her mother's park to enjoy some free time off the busy streets of Detroit.

She soon found what she was looking for, Criseria's Newstand and Missives and walked over to it to take a look at what was out. It had a good selection of magazines and also sold drinks, candy and a variety of snacks. She picked up the daily paper, Silver Screen magazine and then turned to the person at the stand "Good Evening, May I also purchase a can of cola along with this magazine and paper please?" she asked the person working there as she went to pull out the money she owed from her pocket. She was handed the cola as she handed over what she owed and more, "Keep the change and thanks" Intrigue said as she turned to make her way to the park. 

Criseria had been straightening up the stand by organizing the magazines, putting out the new daily newspapers, restocking the drinks into to the cooler, and putting out some new candy. While she was doing each of these tasks she had seen a few people passed by and none had stopped, but then one beautiful young lady named Intrigue decided to stop and check out it. She decided to pick up a Daily newspaper, the Silver Screen magazine, and a can of cola. "Yes, Mam you may. It will be 0.90 cents. Please come back soon."

Elias wanted to know what was happening in other cities that he'd not visited for quite some time. He was extremely busy in the city of Detroit lately, especially since himself & Isabella_Luciano got ratted out, arrested and almost jailed for life, but as they'd finally caught who was responsible, it was time to relax again, and get back to his day-to-day running work for Don Salvatore. That being said he was still curious about other cities, he definitely wanted to visit Los Angeles soon - that was for certain. What more to link the city than his contact and friend; Don Criseria - who had worked tireless to rebuild the city, and had done such an amazing job at all. It was vibrant and clearly full of life, and deeply disturbed underground mafioso's.

As Elias greeted the Don, he shook her hand warmly before embracing her, and kissing each of her cheeks, the highest level of respect that he could pay to someone who was held in such good standing.. 'My dear, I've not travelled much lately, how are things in your city of Los Angeles? do you have an LA newspaper? I promise to visit very soon, but for now, the curiosity must get the better of me!'

He tipped his hat towards her direction, before offering her a cuban cigar - 'would you like a smoke? These cigars truly are amazing!' 

Isabella stopped to pick up the latest issues of the tabloid celebrity gossip rags, when she noticed Cat across the way and gave a wave.  And was that WeeBaby too?  She waved to them both and turned back to the shop keeper to pay for her magazines.  She wondered if her favorite Hollywood hunks were married off yet.  If not there was still time to beg her father to send men to the west coast and make them see the error of their ways.

She laughed at her own thoughts and flipped through the magazine.  She could feel his presence even before she knew it was him.  "Kris_Kringle if you're going to lurk, you might as well join me."  She chuckled looking over to her friend.  "Are you keeping busy these days, what with all the prepping for Christmas and saving it?"

Kris smiled as he put his magazine back on the rack and turned toward his friend Isabella. He hadn't seen her in some time since he'd been busy with his new position leading The Council of Guardians. 

"Good day Isabella, it's a pleasure to see you."

Kris nodded as he turned his body around and smiled big at her.

"It's always a joy to see you friend."

Kris added as he held his arms open for a hug. 

TM had found his day zooming by not long ago visiting his establishments to check up on them. Hearing no word on his mission and for the most part concluded most of his business interests within the city decides to take a little break. The fond memories of his date in the park assuring that he would more then likely be visiting the spot before he left. Deciding to take part in such a beautiful day but yet at the same time have a little moment to himsef decided to stop by his beloved news stand to grab his favourite reading material.

”Hello Hello! Isn’t it a nice day to be outside? I take it your boss isn’t here? Ah well when you see her next just let her know that her man is thinking about her and can’t wait to see her again. That being said I’ll take my usual copy of U.S News and The world Report please, throw in one of those chocolate bars too I could use a little pick me up.”

The Saiyan smiles warmly at the clerk who begins to gather the items he requested. In this time he pays for his order and humbly waits to receive his paper and his candy bar. Pleased to receive both he makes sure he slides the young woman a tip before he begins to make his way to the park. Letting the fond memories wash over him before finding a nice quiet spot to sit and read and enjoy a day under the sun.

She was swallowed up into Kris_Kringle's large hug, his red suit so soft and smelling of peppermints.  She couldn't help but laugh like she would during childhood.  "Well, I took a bullet for the first time recently.  That's making things a little sore but otherwise, I've been pretty good."

She stepped back from Father Christmas, "Can I ask you a question about the naughty nice list... or is that something you frown upon talking about?"
