Spending too much time watching television for a couple of weeks. Throwing away that summer body, because you are hanging around in bars having beers and fries for the same amount of time. Bets lost among friends, the tears of Ronaldo, perhaps Suarez bites one or two and collectively cheering for a surpise country like Zimbabwe.

Whelp the Men's US team is an embarrassment and they didn't make it and neither did our neighbors in Canada so I think I'm gonna be pulling for England either them or Mexico.. I can't wait for the women's world cup next year so I can root for my own country.

I'm with you Jamal. I always enjoy rooting for the U.S.

Belgium but secretly South Korea because I wanna see an underdog win.

Tbh Funshine, Belgium would still be an underdog win. They have some great players, but have always failed to play like a great team. I would love to see them win it.

I think however, Brazil will win.

Waiting for Germany to do their usual and pull it all together for a big tournament, will be interested in Spain too.

Has anything worthwhile happened yet?  I heard the Russia v Saudi game was like men playing an U16 team.
