Apache seen ChelseaUccello come in in quite a hurry. She had to catch a flight to Chicago. Good thing Apache was just settling from the lunch rush and still had some spare frybread. It was still good actually came out of the fryer 10 minuets ago. He was still shocked on the surprisingly high amount of customers he had had. Taking Chelsea’s money and finishing up her Indian taco he slid the meal in a box then a bag. He handed it to the customer. Then cracked a can of beer and as she held the cup he poured the whole can into her cup. ”Thanks for stopping by. Maybe next time you can stay and enjoy the scenery of my ancient ancestors?” Chelsea left in quite a hurry! |

Joli and chase arrived in Detroit to do a few business deals, afterwards they agreed to meet downtown, she had chosen Frybread Express because she had heard about its authenticity in decoration and food. Arriving she didn't see chase at first so she decided she would order and save them a table. "Hello Apache, I'll try your Indian Tace , with all of the typical taco toppings, minus onions, and a beer to go with it. That should take care of it for now." She smiled and handed cash to Apache and took a seat at a close by table while she waited on Chase. |

Joli came into the restaurant hoping her friend was already there. Apache was waiting at the cash register for the order. He had already broke a sweat and it looked as if the supper rush was starting just a tad bit early. He turned his attention to Jolibebe. ”Thanks for choosing the Frybread Express for your choice of food. I’m thinking of opening a handmade arts store! Where is hand make dream catchers and peace pipes. If also most likely have my aunt do some beadwork, she does some very fine beading. Oh you want a Indian taco we’ll take a seat and I’ll have it out ASAP!” Apache made some more dough for the bread. He already had some taco meat available so witching 15 minuets Joli had her food in front of her. ”1Indian taco all the toppings minus onions and 1 beer anything else I can get for you?” After Joli seemed satisfied Apache went to go grab some cleaning supplies before his next customer had entered. He wiped down all the tables in the lobby and moved outside to shine those tables. Once he got back in he washed his hands and got back to preparing for the evening rush. |

Chase heard word in Seattle that there was a new restaurant opening up in Detroit and he was keen to vist. He arranged to meet JoliBebe there and took the first flight he could get on to Detroit. Chase eventually made it to FryBread Express, as he was open to enter the door swung open and leaving was Intrigue, she looked like she was in a hurry, so Chase exchanged a quick hello with her and let her go on her way. Once Chase had got inside he noticed there were lots of people around the place was very busy, he noticed Elias on his own, so quickly went over to him to exchange a handshake with his old friend. He explained he could not talk long as he was meeting JoliBebe and was already late, so he returned to the menu. Chase studied the menu for a few seconds before leaning over the counter to talk to Apache. "Ill take a frydog, soda and chips please." Chase took his order and went off to find JoliBebe, he noticed her sitting in the corner so he went over to sit with her "May I sit here with you.?" He laughed sitting down anyway. |

"Well hold on, I did not say you could sit down just yet. Now get up!" Joli stuck her tongue out at Chase playfully as he ignored her jabs to make him stand back up. "Glad you could finally make it, I've started eating as you can see because I knew waiting on you would mean my food would be cold." She grinned taking another bite of taco and a sip of her beer. "So how are things doll? Asso after were done here there's a bed and breakfast close by, I figured we could maybe stop by and see what it's all about." She blushed and winked at him before finishing off her taco. |

When Chase walked in the place lit up. He was obviously very well known and very well respected as everyone went out of their way to speak to him. Apache was thrilled to take the order. ”1 frydog with potato chips and a soda! Any ketchup on the dog sir? And will coke a cola work for soda?” Apache started cooking the bread and dog straight away. Once everything was cooking Apache went back into the busy lobby to clean up a little. He ended up over by chase and Jolibebes table picking up a huge mess that was left by a rude customer. Apache looks over at the couple and shakes his head. ” I wish people could just throw the garbage away!” then Apache heard the fryer beeping. He ran back behind the counter and quickly washed his hands and attended to the fryer. Getting chases order ready he delivered it to the table which the couple were sitting. ”Here is your food sir. And Joli How was the Indian taco? Those are my favorite!” |

After Pretzel sarted his own shop, he wanted to see what was his own competition. The frybread express looked like a perfect spot to taste the food he was going against. Right when he walked in, he knew this place wasn’t any ordinary restaurant. It felt like you were taken back in time. The portraits were very nice and very intricate. The details were very present. There was plants everywhere, wich was very refreshing. The car was very tight, I didn’t think Apache was expecting this much client starting off. You could say I was kinda jealous. Pretzel went to the counter: " Hey mate! I’d like to start with a fry burger, please. I’ll take only take cheese and ketchup, I really want to taste the frybr... Oh, you guys sell frybread alone! I’ll gat that also, please." After getting his order, Pretzel paid and forgot to give a tip, because he was so excited to taste the frybread. He totally forgot the main reason he was there. He took a big bite from his burger, and juice came out of the patty. The beef was so delectable! Not only the beef, Pretzel couldn’t get over the taste of the frybread. It wasn’t like anything he tasted before, the frybread was so unique. After he ate everything, Pretzel went to give a tip for the very good quality of the food. Pretzel bowed to Apache, and he left, satisfied and smiling. |

It had been a long time since Jones last visited Detroit, or anywhere else outside the confines of the Mojave Desert. Recent events across the country had made him come back to the lively gangster lifestyle he once knew, and Detroit in particular was a place of significance for him. The city felt heavy, filled with strong memories of hardship from a time when life was more fleeting than now. Sitting on the passenger's seat and looking out the window of this car, he noticed as the city seemed to move back on his track, a railroad cart stood still amidst everything else. Decorated in what seemed to be a native american style, much like he had become familiar with in the past months. "I believe I've heard of this place. And I think I know exactly who's running it." He whispered and then asking the driver to stop by he came out, cane first, leaning at every step from a recent fall. He noticed this big fellow with long black hair outside and he knew then he was not mistaken by the least, as it was Apache himself, a native american warrior he had met some time ago in the Mojave. He rushed his pace a bit and with one arm on his stick holding his weight, he stretched the other one to his side and bowed slightly, presenting himself to his friend with a big smile on his face. "Apache! Glad t'see you around buddy. When you told me you were going to open shop around I didn't think you'd be serious, but I really like what you did here." Pointing at the decorations and then looking back to his friend he said: "You got anything to bite? I'm actually just a little bit belly-pinched." |

Apache was thrilled when he seen one of his competitors Pretzel walk through the rail car doors of his restaurant. Waving him over to the counter, Apache knew he would have to make the best food he ever had in order to surprise his neighbor businessman. After Pretzel place his order Apache got straight to work rolling the dough the theee pieces of frybread that was needed to complete the order. Once the bread was dropped into the fryer he placed one of the angus patties on the grill. Everything came out perfect, Apache put cheese and ketchup on the patty just how his customer wanted it and brought it to Pretzel at his table. ”Glad you could make it over here man! I’m going to have to come check out your spot one of these days. Here’s your food let me know if you need anything else? “ When Pretzel was done eating he came back up to Apache gave him a tip and praised the good food. ”I’ll be stopping by man, you have a good rest of your day!” Apache turned to tend to the next customer. Kind of a relief that the business was starting to slow down for the night. |

After serving all the customers Apache decided to head out side for a smoke. While he was hitting the peace pipe he seen a elegant four door sedan pull up. The fine car had all tinted windows as if the president himself was riding in it. To his surprise when the door opened it was his new good friend Jones who was stepping out! ”Your a long way from Las Vegas Brother! Glad you could make it out here. You had promised me you were going to come check out my tribal style food. Of coarse I have some food buddy and it’s on the house! Just let me take a few more pulls off of the pipe!” The two friends headed into the rail car and to the counter. “Go ahead and take a seat man I’m going to bring you one of these famous Indian Tacos!” jones went to take a seat as Apache began too cook Jones and his self a couple tacos. When the food was done Apache put everything on the tacos. Grabbed a couple beers and headed to the table. ”I’m going to sit and eat with you man! How is the family doing back in Las Vegas I haven’t been there in awhile. Business is booming here in Detroit.” |

The tacos were out of this world, no wonder the business was booming. The place was gorgeous and the food was even better. He was sure Apache could notice how much he loved this style of food. "Well, things are actually great in Vegas buddy..." He kept talking with his mouth full, taking large swigs from his beer. He wasn't even sorry though, he didn't know he was this hungry before he started eating, or maybe Apache was just a cooking master. In which case he would have to snag him back to Vegas as soon as possible, the HQ was really slacking the talent on the cooking side and the city was reaching an expansion point too. "But. It's developing fast you know? We'll have to expand the business into other corners of the city soon. And, I'm sure your talent will be required on that effort." When he finished he made a ball out of the tin foil and the paper, and kept playing with it, throwing it back and forth between both hands. "I think this place you built is a gold mine, but don't take too long before heading back home. We miss your talents, and there is alot underway for us right now." |

Chelsea excitedly dragged Fio through the Frybread Express door and into the line that had formed behind the counter. "See, it's perfect, Fio. Your bar doesn't sell food, but maybe we can work a deal with the owner of this place, you know, maybe get a kid to deliver meals to drinking customers? Everybody wins, really...more business and money for everyone involved. What do you think? Wait. Don't answer that. Try one first," she grinned, knowing he would love it. She'd had the Indian Taco last time, and not only was it delicious...there simply wasn't anything else like it in town. Or anywhere else, for that matter. When their turn came up, she smiled and gave a friendly wave to Apache. "I'm back! No rushing off for a flight this time. I'd love a Fry Dog with pickles, onions, and mustard, please," she said, her attention pulled back towards the door and the outdoor seating. It was a beautiful day out, and she didn't know what was more appealing, sitting inside and appreciating the décor, or taking a seat outside and enjoying the weather... |

Fiorenzo looked around the converted rail car in a hurry. Chelsea was so excited to show him the place. It did smell delicious in there. She wanted to spark a deal with the place for the bar. He thought the idea was great, but the decor of the place had him distracted. "You think is good bar food?" The feathers that adorned the various dream catchers really caught his eye. He was asking if bread was good at sopping up liquor. It would be perfect. Chelsea began her order. It was the only thing that stopped him from walking over to a picture of a very proud looking group of men. Fiorenzo didn't know much about the owner of this place's culture. He wanted to find out more about them. "I will try the Indian taco with everything- wait no tomatoes. Two beers as well." He glanced over at Chelsea and smirked. They might as well. It was beautiful outside today. It had seemed like the kind of day for a beer. Fiorenzo caught her looking outside. "Let's eat out there today, Tortora." |

As Apache was sitting with Jones he could tell Jones was loving the food. He kept taking bites while he was talking, like his tastebuds couldn’t go a second without. Apache slowly ate away at his taco not in any hurry because he nibbles on frybread all day. After guzzling down about half the beer Apache goes back to the conversation. ”Yeah I do need to get back home! I’m just looking for somebody to hold down the restaurant here! I’m acually thinking about opening a Las Vegas Frybread Express. I think I will be able to bring some of this traffic back to the city of sons!” After finishing up the tacos Apache showed his friend to the door. And right on time a couple other customers walked in and began to praise the place. Apache finished his talk with Jones and ran back to the counter to take the customers orders. ”Oh your back I see, glad to hear you will be eating in! 1 frydog with pickles onions and mustard huh? I gotch ya!” Apache couldn’t help but eves drop on the conversation the couple were having when they walked in, but he decided to get them their food before pursuing the great idea. He took a look past ChelseaUccello to her partner FioUccello. “And for you a Indian taco with everything but tomatoes, and two beers! You guys can take a seat and I’ll have your food up in no time!” Apache started working his ass off trying to get his future business partners their food in a orderly fashion. Rolling the dough and getting the dog on the grill. In no time Apache was walking a tray of food with 3 beers on it out to the couple. The third beer was for him while he approached the conversation he overheard. ”Here’s the food you two, and if you don’t mind me having a beer with ya? I overheard the conversation that you two were talking about while walking in! I’m always up for a way to make more money! What did ya have in mind?” |

Looking at the food, Chelsea had to decide quickly what was more important...talking business or trying that dog. It looked really, really good. "Uh. Oh!" She said, snapping out of her distraction. "Well, Fio and I...this is my husband Fio, I'm Chelsea...we're opening a bar on the docks, called The Trane Station? Anyway," Fio had taken advantage of her doing the talking and had tucked into his taco. His eyes were practically rolling into the back of his head in ecstasy. Chelsea looked mournfully at her Fry Dog sitting there, waiting. "Anyway," she continued quickly. "There's no kitchen, so we're running the risk of a lot of drunk people hanging about if we don't come up with something. I mean, I suppose we could put in a popcorn machine or offer some bar nuts, something like that, but why not try and see if we can work a deal with some of the great food vendors in town? We could pay a kid to run orders from here to the bar, helping both of us out? You get more business, we keep ours drinking a little longer. I think everyone would come out on top, what do you think?" She asked as her hand crept out and pulled the tray a little closer. |

Apache could tell ChelseaUccello was dying to try the FryDog. So he wanted to make this as quick as possible. Looking over at her husband Fio enjoying his taco Apache cracked his beer. He listened as Chelsea explained the situation for her bar. He thought to himself that the idea was solid but just had a few questions. ”Well it’s nice to meet you two, you guys make a cute couple! Anyways that sounds like a huge profit for both of us. How would payment work? Would you guys charge more than my restaurant to be able to make a profit on the food front as well! I normally don’t ask how others plan to make their money, I guess I should ask will I still be getting full price on all food ordered to you or do you want a deal on it? Last question the driver, I’d be willing to pay him half if I still get sale price on my food?” With all concerns on the table Apache was ready to start framing the business plan the trio had going. Apache pulled out his peace pipe and loaded another pinch of tobacco in it. After taking a puff he slammed his beer. Then he noticed how hungry Chelsea looked. ”How about you two eat and talk it over and come back to see me before ya leave?” Apache walked back into the restaurant and began to wipe the few dirty tables around the establishment. |

Chelsea was talking. That was great. Fiorenzo didn't think he was very hungry. He realized how wrong he was as soon as the food hit the table. He didn't need to follow along. They had talked this over for awhile now on the way over. He couldn't help but think how much Cuccioto would probably enjoy some of this fry bread. It was a new experience, and Fiorenzo was thoroughly enjoying it. He grabbed for the tray and stopped it's retreat. He coughed as his eyes shot up to meet Chelsea's. Fiorenzo then sighed and relinquished his hold. He opted for the beer first though. It was crisp. The nice long drink went down exceptionally well with the summer sun beating down on him. Detroit didn't experience heat like the other cities. It still had its days. He set the glass down a bit lighter. The man was already leaving though. He seemed very polite and quick to get to business. That was a good sign in a business partner. Fiorenzo's favorite part was the way he wasn't overbearing. "No matter what comes of this conversation. I'll be back for more of that. Squisito! Delizioso! Semplice." His Italian accent shown through thicker with each step closer to the dip into his native tongue. He watched as the man walked back into the railcar. Fiorenzo mulled over the questions he had before giving a response to Chelsea. She was halfway through her frydog already. "I say we split the cost on delivery and just charge a minimal fee. I mean I'm not looking to make a killing with the food as much as make the patrons happy. His prices aren't so bad anyways. Hell it will be worth it just so that I can throw in my own order every now and then. Just keep Cocciuto away from this fry bread. We may have to watch him when someone orders if we pull the trigger here. If?" He laughed and shook his head. "Let's do it." Fiorenzo took another drink of his beer then went to finishing his Indian taco. He wasn't sure if Chelsea got any of that. She was really enjoying her meal. |

After Chelsea had polished off her Fry Dog, she sighed happily. She'd been listening, of course. She'd just been busy stuffing her face. "That's perfect bar food, Fio. I think we're all going to come out ahead on a deal with Apache, here," she said as she saw the man himself clearing tables through the doorway, and waved him over by raising the beer in her hand. "That was amazing, of course. Thank you! No reason why you can't collect full price on your food. We're not trying to profit off of your cuisine, we really just want to keep our drinkers happy, and maybe drinking a little longer. There are a few kids around our neighborhood, and I'll bet they'll be willing to run back and forth on their bicycles for a little bit of pay. Normal charge for your menu items, and we split the cost of paying the kids? What do you think?" She asked, tipping up the bottle and thoroughly enjoying the cold brew on this warm day. It only served to prove her point that beer and tacos, dogs, or burgers were a great combination and should do really well at The Trane Station. "Of course, if you stop in yourself, we'll see to it that you drink at a reasonable cost as well," she winked, hoping Fio didn't mind that she'd offered. It felt like a reasonable and polite thing to do, and Apache seemed to be a great guy, as well as businessman. Maybe he'd tell his friends about the bar, too? |

After ChelseaUccello and FioUccello came to the conclusion that Apache will be providing food to their bar they came to Apache and told him the plan that was thought over. ”That sounds good, as long as you guys can find the delivery boy? My days are packed with business, don’t really have much time! But if you find him I have no problem paying half his wage. I’m going to have to stop by the new bar! Here are some menus you can put in your bar!” Apache shook the hands of the couple putting the deal set in stone. Apache handed a pretty big handful of paper menus to Fio. This was Apaches first time making a outside business deal with any of the local shops and by all means it felt good. He knew this would be a great opportunity to get his name out there and make money in the meantime. Apache showed the couple to the door and quickly got back to cleaning before his next customer came |
