A shifty individual is hanging around the entrance to the Race Street Pier in Philadelphia. Inspecting the area, making notes and keeping a wary eye over his shoulder. He spots you, a potential cohort, and shuffles over.

"Hey you, yeah you. We're looking at knocking over one of these businesses on the pier. Here's what we make of it. Feel free to put a team together and do it yourself, it'll be bad business for them but good for us."

He stuffs the notes into your hand. 

"Don't forget, there's a log book of all the places you can knock over, if you struggle to understand how to pull out off, check out the location on Ooc Avenue."

He scurries off, leaving you to look at the scribbles in your hand.
