What is a rogue? I feel that connotation of this word has taken us away from the true meaning of this thing of ours. Rogue implies (and to be fair, it usually is) someone disenchanted and depressed with life itself and seeking an end to the pain, or a warrior on a mission of destruction, usually ending in death. But is staking one's claim and drawing a line in the sand truly rogue behavior? Why, in a society of law breakers, thieves, miscreants, and murderers, do we look to those already established for some semblance of law and order? Does it not go against everything we stand for as a society to wait patiently for a fatherly blessing to go out and spread one's wings? I stand here today because I think so. And I also stand here today, not naive of my inevitable downfall. Rogue! society will cry, and they will not be far off. As Alfieri is disbanding, and my offer of employment with another company retracted due to the ugly and final blow of death, I see myself with no other option than to align myself with a family whose ideals fall in line with those that I have become not only accustomed to but firmly agree in. And seeing none available, I have established my own. I offer my home to all the disenchanted masses and those wanting a change. Ours will be a revolution of sorts, though our guns will not be drawn in our claim of power. Others may seek to end what I am beginning through the violent means, and if so, let them be remembered for their stagnant and unwavering ways. I will not be attacking any other established families. Let me make this clear. By donning this bold suit, I am staking claim to Las Vegas, no where else. I am not encroaching on the territory of any other leaders, nor do I intend to do anything in the near future other than open my doors to those who have recently found themselves without recourse or anywhere else to go. That being said, my doors are open, but be wary. This will most likely be a road fraught with danger and leagues of those who would see us die. Do not enter lightly, because death is most likely our ribbon on the track. Let the race begin. |

Miss Phoenix, your name has been brought up as one most leaders right now would like to see wearing a bold suit, but we have constantly had to look elsewhere because of your affiliation with the gods. I see that that has now ended. I'm disappointed that you couldn't have waited to do this legitimately. Regardless, you've made your claim within Las Vegas. I will make my own in Chicago. That is, you and your crew members will not enter the city, or you will be met with a bullet. However you may talk yourself up, that does not change that you are a rogue in my eyes. |

| I see it as her taking over the family as if the Don himself stepped down and retired. That is not a rogue. She was the Underboss and she did what every true Underboss would do take the reins and lead. | |

It is not a matter of whether or not she has left her family. It is a matter of setting up a headquarters with permission. Anyway, it's been taken care of. Just another unfortunate turn of events. |

You really should've just made it clear she'd have been met with a bullet regardless, the lack of clarification will confuse the less mentally able among us. |

The really bad thing is she shouldn't need permission. Is she talking to her father? I don't think the very first Don's asked the Mayor of NY to setup a Mafia family in their city. |

When he spoke of Mont's death I believe, the claim was that it was an "unknown assailent". Johnny, Johnny, be careful. Your ancestor's experienced DiscoDuck's methods, just as mine did. |

I was referring to the fact that she had to be killed, as I was quite fond of her personally. Do not compare me to DiscoDuck. I think you will find that I'm capable of owning up to my actions. |

He only implied it to be fair Salvatore. Make of that what you will. Heh, I didn't mean to incinuate Nikki was less mentally able Johnny, if I wanted my tesicles as earrings I'd make a comment like that, not to mention the fact I regard to to be one of the most intelligent persons I have the good fortune to know. I was more referring to the people who would think, and quite fairly I feel, "Hmm, he said he'd shoot her if he went to Chi, yet she was in Vegas" As you can see, this situation could be construed as being quite confusing. |

Mr Marino, if the comment was made for you, I would have elaborated much further in order to be extremely clear. It was not. It was for Miss Phoenix, and she understood it I'm sure. I have the right to protect my family. Had she come to Chicago, she would have died more quickly. |
