Look around pal, you wont find a single Family head who doesn't leave some of their business to others, be it the RHM, LHM or people who aren't as visable to outsiders ie Crew Coniglieres. I guarantee every crewleader has family members keeping an eye on things for them while he/she sleeps or is away taking care of other business

Infact, the title to this speech is "Lack of leadership" and then your brother attempts to discuss how he looks around and see's no leaders/Upper Structure around ..which, brought me to the point of strength within a family has nothing to do with how much you see a leader walking the streets, because a family with "lack of leadership" is a weak family, so that my friend, was my point.
