Nah - never done this one, not that great with visualization but I guess it could be done afterward so that's not really a reason.

Never done this. I know that, regardless of whatever someone is doing to me, they are battling their own personal demons that is causing them to act in that manner. 

I don't hate a lot of people, usually I manage to control my emotions and just ignore them in my head. I certainly have visualized punching someone a few times but it's rare. More often, I might visualize a scenario in which I cause public humiliation instead of physical damage, with a lot of bystanders looking at the bad guy and muttering stuff like "wow that guy really is a dick" or "I didn't know such a piece of shit existed" and bad guy can't take it anymore and ends up crying in the middle of the streets in fetal position

I'm Italian so I give them the evil eye or throw horns on them. That way they can constantly wonder what they did in life to have such bad luck all the time. 

I was on a job once that demanded I go to anger management. I no longer work there so no can say that I have had your thoughts.  I seem to act them out.
