Hypothetically, if we were to arrange this, how would it go down?

I think a good idea is to play it low-key to start with. Pick a city, meet at a hotel or bar and maybe find an activity in the city to do. e.g. escape room. Weekend thing. An airbnb might work best for finding lots of space for a split cost.

Is there an appetite for this?

Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, relatively central. Maybe Bristol. I know there are good activities there.

Love this idea! Always been super jealous of the America meet and hoped something like this would happen for us Brits. If this were to happen I'd definitely be up for it even if it was a little out of the way.

I'd turn up just to kick Cable in the scrotum.

Well, I fully intend with meeting up with a player from overseas who is up for coming over. If we find a date and then see if anyone wants to join, I'll look at accommodation options. Will be next year I expect.

Didnt you go to the one in London before that, Optimus? I was sure you went. But then, it was a looooooooong time ago now and my mind is getting worse with old age.

I only realised earlier when explaining this game to my son, i've played MR for almost half of my life. Scary thought.

Didn't do London....didn't know anything about it haha...I did take a friend from the game to the Tate Modern though ;)
