Joe is happy with his Andolini Ristorante Italiano and thinking about growing a new business in food area, but something new that has never been built around before.

He's thinking, walking in a circle in his home until he saw something... an old book.

On the cover he reads "Taste of Asia", and he remember it was his father's.

His late father, YoshiMiyazaki liked to cook Asian foods and Joe really loved it.

I guess I'm not the only one who loves that taste Joe said.

Two months later...

You see a new place in the heart of Detroit, not far from Chinatown. It is uniquely designed, a perfect mix of some Asian cultural design.

You're curious and come over, near the entrance two ladies greet you, one looks like from India and the other one looks like Japanese, they said...

"Welcome to the

Taste of Asia"

Then you walk inside, you can see so many people from different cultures sits side by side to taste the unique foods of Asia.

It's really new for you, and somehow strange, in a good way.

So you grab a seat and look at the menu...

SINGERROURKE walked into the newly built building and enjoyed growing up on random foods especially Philipino food. Joe didnt seem to carry any lumpia or pancit so SINGERROURKE had to go with something else to eat. As he looked upon the menu he saw Singaporean and started to laugh. It reminded him of himself. He told the waitress if he could have some BAK KUT TEH. As she nodded he went and grabbed a drink from the soda pop fountain. Just a coke was all he wanted.

Oh waitress can you tell Joe a friend of his is here for me please Ma'am?

The lady nodded. she walked off again she was a very silent woman. Moments later Joe Andolini emerged from behind the curtains

Eun Sun heard the man said and she hurry tells Joe that his friend SINGERROURKE is coming.

So Joe walks out of his private room and go straigth to SINGERROURKE's table.

Hey hello buddy, long time no see, how are you?

it's pretty crowded here today, hope it doesn't disturb you my friend.

oh by the way, if you know any other foods you could try asking the waitress and she will tell the chef to do it for you, as long as it's Asian foods, he's the best Asian chef I ever found.

I just don't wanna flood the menu book with every single recipes the chef could do.

so, how's life bud?

SINGERROURKE stands up and greets Joe. He looks over the menu and smiles. There is a philipino food that SINGERROURKE loves it was called Lumpia. He had it as a boy but hasnt tasted it since.

Sure man ill ask the waitress. I have been good though brother really busy and whatnot. What about you? Besides the business you have set up here what else has been going on in your life brother?

Joe said Well as you know I own the Japanese Swords Shop you've visited before. It's actually belong to my father, Yoshi Miyazaki, but since he's passed away...

I remember my father mentioned you before, do you remember him?

Other than that I'm also taking care of Andolini Ristorante Italiano in New Orleans if you haven't take a visit before.

How about your business buddy?

SINGERROURKE dangles the fork in his hand playing with it in between his fingers. Yoshi Miyazaki was a good friend to SINGERROURKE one that SINGERROURKE really enjoyed talking with. He never had the chance to meet young Joe but it was an honor meeting him now.

Your father was a good man one that i enjoyed speaking with. He sold me some good swords and i really enjoyed using those. Here im just going to ask you since the waitress hasnt left the back room yet, Can i have the Lumpia and pancit please?

SINGERROURKE looks over his shoulder as more people came in and less people were leaving.

Joe if your fathers name was Miyazaki how did you inherit the andolini name?

Well you know my father was a part of Andolini family right? I was too young to take care of myself when he passed away, and along with that my mother was also murdered. My mother was Giovanna Andolini. Since then the Andolini family always take care of me until now, so I honour them by wearing the Andolini name in my life, well I'm a half blood Andolini anyway.

By the way I heard you ordered Lumpia and Pangsit, those are Indonesian foods right? The chef made it once for me and he told me he got that recipe when he visited Indonesia, and Pangsit recipe was brought to Indonesia by Chinese immigrants he said.

Not a second later Joe calls Eun Sun to tell the chef to make Lumpia and Pangsit for SINGERROURKE.

Oh Eun Sun, please tell him to make it two, the other one's for me, thanks honey.

SINGERROURKE listens as Joe explains the history of his name and the past of his father. SINGERROURKE then laughs as Joe tells him that lumpia and pancit were inodnesian foods. SINGERROURKE then takes a sip of his water.

Well brother i mean that is impressive about your life. I think you made a great choice by taking the Andolini name. But about the food its from the phillipines brother. It is not an indonesian food. They probably eat it there but nope.

Oh then I might've got it wrong, probably it's like when Korean claims that Sushi is originally came from Korea, not Japan. Well it's just a food anyway, no big deal, as long as they don't kill each other just to claim foods. Joe laughs...

Salvatore was connoisseur of all cuisines - not the just the Mediterranean variety. During his latest visit to Motor City, he decided to visit an establishment with a strong reputation for providing a survey of many Asian delicacies - with it be Chinese, Japenese - what have you. As he enters the joints - he is greeted by two lovely girls, to which he offers his irresistible smile.

"It's just me tonight - but I'm always welcome to company." He says while winking.

He is escorted to a table - he retrieves his glasses from his coat pocket and browses the menu. After a few minute a beautiful waitress approaches his table.

"Darling, the items on your menu look excellent... but I didn't see any dumplings listed. Perhaps the chef in the back could throw something together for me?" He says with a smile.

The waitress returns the smile and takes his menu. She vanishes into the kitchen and later returns with a kettle of hot tea and plate of dumplings and variety of sauces to eat them with.

Opens the door to Taste of Asia.. looking around the inside, he notices his close friend Sal sitting alone at the booth in the back of the room.. noticing him taking a drink from a tea cup, Tony walks over to Sal

Hey man! Mind if I take a seat?

Tony starts to take his jacket off, the two lovely women noticing him in the business start to approach with a menu in hand

Sal rises from his seat to greet his old friend. He gives hims a customary hug and kiss on the cheek. They both take their places at the table.

How are you doing Tony? How was your flight in?

Notice a friend of Sal_Giaquinto came, Eun Sun walks over near him and wait for his order.

Im doing well doing well

Tony looks over the menu.. flipping the page a few times before finally picking his dinner

Could I get some soup to start with possibly? What do you have? and a water to drink please?

What are you having Sal?

Tony looks around the place to see what everyone else is eating

Yes Sir, what about Chicken Soto or Bak Kut Teh, or maybe you would like some special recipees, the chef could make it for you.

Eun Sun is waiting for Tony's choice and Sal's order while she gives a code to another waitress to get the water for Tony and Sal.

Anoxia feels hungry and decides he wants something a little different from his usual greasy lunch, He walks through the doors and the smell is sensational, he knows he has come to the right place, as he sits down at the table, his good friend joe is soon there taking his order off him.

"Hey mate hows things? Can i have a beer and the Num Tok Mu Yang (Grilled Spicy Pork and Onion), always fancied myself a thai!"

sitting on the floor and thinking."hhmm i'm craving for a kimchi". well i'll go outside and look for a resto with those foods that i really want.while driving she saw a board written "taste of asia" and a lot of people are going inside and outside that resto. she's curious so she stepped down the car and take a look at their menu and smile when she saw a kimchi on their list. she called the waitress " hi! can you please give me a kimchi and beef stew and i want some water please?" then the waitress smile at her and leave. after a minutes the waitress handed her order and sophie said "thank you" then the waitress said "if there's anything that you need ma'm please feel free to call me" and sophie said "yeah i will thank you".

while eating she saw Joe-Andalini and wave at him. "hey! hi! you have a good ambiance and delicious foods here for sure i'll visit here more often. i'm glad to be here. do you have any plans of increasing your foods? i mean a new invented foods"

Pimp walk to the table as, She casts the bundle of saw bucks back across the table at him
like dead lettuce.

walking inside the resaturant, Rhaz looks around timidly..she is not sure yet what to do now that she have surprisingly flew out of her city. She glances at her back a few more times just to make sure that all is safe. As she had understood from the diary of her mom..this world is very dangerous, one mistake and one can die.

She wa;lks in an empty table and ask for a mix sushi.

"I think some food can ease my nervousness" she said to herself, as she self- consciously fix her hair.
