| Durden Spawn Collection | Started by: Epiphany on Dec 09, '18 00:09 |

With the recent fiasco of people putting their trust into some random person with their credits, I would like to suggest that the next time we all decide to collect credits as a community for another big Durden spawn, we do it within cities. Perhaps each city's Godfather-Chairman, Godfather or even a Don appointed by a Godfather should collect credits from their home city and send them straight to an admin or maybe even have some sort of "Durden Spawn Collection Bin" implemented in the game.
I think this might be a good idea, so we can still work together as a whole to collect credits for our big spawns and not have to worry about getting dicked. |

I was quite serious in Squishy's thread about this particular bit of credit shenanigans - I am willing to hold all credits for future Durden Spawns - provided I have a heads up as to when they need to be launched.
I'm very easily contactable and there isn't a snowballs' chance in hell that I'd dip on you folks.

I would be fine with sending the credits to Telkin if we want to do a spawn in the future. On another hand, I think that it should, however also be considered, that Durden spawns were collectively put together by many users quite often in the past. One bad person does not cause all the others also to become bad. |

I'm up for sending Telkin any Durden spawn credits as well. He's good people in my book. Yes, I agree. One person doesn't cause all the others to become bad, but in the end, who can we trust? |

I have no doubt Telkin is worthy of our trust. Here is the problem. I am going to base it on a recent collection. A player by the name of GranDad started to take up a collection. Less then 24 hours later guns went a blazing and wiped out some donators. He returned credits because of the war. My ancestor donated 50 credits. I planned on asking for a refund but GranDad returned before I whispered a word. |

NinaBergamaschi, it was "Grandad's" next account that stole credits that were meant for a spawn by gambling them away and then suiciding. He has a long history of breaking game rules. That account was a leader in the great city of Los Angeles. He was known as The_Nun at that time. |
