When ever kiddo's in home city the The Sleeping Giants Apartment.. is his aprtment he rents and lives/

Stefano was called to a meeting with Rain and she wasn't in a good mood.  She didn't even ask him how he was doing she barked orders as if she was a drill sergeant and he was a new buck private.  He listen and wrote the address down and wished she would for once be there in stead of calling him by phone with more directions or no showing up at all.  He stayed professional and kept his lustful thoughts of her to himself.  Rain was the one that you chase and never get because she was always just above his reach.  He got dressed he loved suits and making sure he look like he just came from casting call.  

Got a wonderful idea, why paying hotel-bills each day when having the opportunity to have a own flat here in Detroit, steps in and ready for make a good deal buying an apartment.

"hey Rain, Im thinking of buying a furnitured room since that much better to have an own flat instead of renting a hotel-room each evening, what do you say, have you any free left to me dear?"

Rain finally made her way to Detroit.  She had several messages.  One was from  Tutte inquiring about a apartment.  Of course she had the perfect one in mind.  She arranged a meeting to show it to him the next day.

When he arrived she escorted him to see APT204 right across the hall from  KennyRusso.  It was quite different from other apartments.  However spacious it was furnished with the minimums creating beautiful open spacing.  It had a drop down living room with a large fireplace in the right corner of the walls.  Tutte just loved the apartment and decided to take it right away. 

They went back down to the business office and Tutte took care of the first month’s rent  of $1,600 and the $800 security deposit.  Rain handed him over the keys to his new home.   She knew he wondered why there was extra security on the floor.  She would let him find out  on his own that Kenny lived across the hall from him.

Rain told Tutte if he needed any help with moving his things in to contact the hospitality desk.

Sleepy and totally exhausted Tutte walks into Rain s office to see what happened with the request of hiring an apartment.

"Hey Rain  heard from one of your emplyes I could collect my key and get the renting-papers, awsome really this, you dont know how happy I am over this which will spare me a small fortune. Please tell those who are here next moring that I want a fresh cup of coffee up to me dear, about 10AM will do"

Walks up to the room and put the key in and opens the door, takes a step in and looks around and are pretty awsome how well Rain  had put this plac in order. here can I live!

Giovanni was in Detroit for a couple of days and figured he wasn't staying at a hotel this time. He had made the decision of buying an apartment in the city last time he was around, but he had to fly home urgently. He drove towards The Sleeping Giants with a cigarette dangling in his lips, unlit.

A semaphore nearby gave him the opportunity to light his cigarette, walking into the lobby halfway through his snipe. Enjoying the company of a brass ashtray near the main counter, he went up to the receptionist.

"Pardon me, miss. Good afternoon. I would love to speak to Rain, if possible. Tell her Giovanni is here."

 Rain had just showered and was finishing getting dress when the phone rang.  She had a lazy morning and was enjoying just relaxing.  She answered the phone and it was Lydia from the business office calling to tell her that GiovanniLaurel was there to see her.  Rain thought what a wonderful surprise and told Lydia to let him know she would be right down.

Rain made her way to the business office and greeted Giovanni.

Well hello the stranger what a nice surprise.  Welcome back.  She showed him the complementary assorted pasties and coffee in the lounge and asked him if he cared for something.

"Hey there, Rain! How're you doing?"

Giovanni was tired from driving through such a long journey but seeing his friend refreshed him slightly. She welcomed him and led him to the table with food on the lounge and inquired if he required anything. He helped himself to espresso and figured he'd grab proper lunch once he was done with the deal.

"As much as I appreciate your company, dear Rain, I'm afraid this isn't a social visit." he smiled "I'm happy to tell you I've considered purchasing the apartment we talked about last time I was here."

He dug into his jacket to find his cheque book. "If it's still favourable to you, I'll be happy to make the 404 my Detroit home. Although I am sure I'll miss the hotel, I'm certain I can be comfortable here."

Well social or not it's always good to see you.

Rain lead GiovanniLaurel  back to the business office.  As the walked in she asked Lydia to bring her the file on APT404.  As the sat down Lydia arrived with the file . She opened the file and handed Gio the paper work inside to read and sign.  As you see the rent on that one is $1,800 a month plus there's a $1,800 security deposit.  Yeah I shared no expense on that one.  Have to protect that investment for sure.  They both laughed.  I felt you might take that apartment into consideration.   Just take some time to enjoy it.  We still might have a few cold nights left for you to enjoy the fireplaces.  I just relaxed in my apartment this morning.  I acted like I didn't have a million things to do.  We chase that money and hardly ever stop to enjoy it. We make it and have to make more just to protect it. 

Gio just shook his head in agreement as he looked over the lease agreement. 

Tutte were very sleepy when he walked up to his apartment and put the key in the door and opened it, slowly movd to the bathroom and took a leak and washed himself and brushed his teeth and then he took off everything (always skept naked) and got to the bed and layed down and took some thought over what happened this day, didnt get many thoughts before he slept like a dead man.

Stefano returned home he just entered his apartment tossing his keys onto his dinner table.  He walk over to his sofa and plotted down loosing his tie.  He looked at the four walls then the news paper that he left a week ago.  New York had been a very interesting trip.  He then closed his eyes as he realized he just set Legs Diamond for a hit and set Dutch up in a better position to earn money while he collects 10% each month of the monthly takes.  He helped Rain with her goal and she came home with extra pock cash.  He was hungry but he could not think of what to eat.  He wanted to get some sleep but his mind was active and he couldn't sit still to long.  He stood up and walked over to the radio.  He turned on the radio and listen to some soft jazz.

Having been out of town a lot recently, Roger had all but forgotten about the apartment he had rented.

He walks into the main office and takes his hat off.

"Any chance my apartment is still available?"

He stands there with a forgetful look upon his face.

Rain was in the back office looking over some messages Stefano_Lucchese had left for her when Holly walked in with a strange look on her face saying that Mr.Kinky_Roger was there inquiring  if his apartment was still available.    This was strange to her because she and her staff had maintained it daily.   Rain just smiled and told Holly not to worry she would handle it.

She walked out into the main business area and greeted her favorite dancer.

Welcome back Kinky .  What do you mean is my apartment still available?  Of course it is and we have made sure it was maintained daily.   The plants were watered, floor and everything dusted, linen changed.  I just added it to your rent.  They both laughed.

Roger smiles at Rain as he stands there.

"Well I had forgotten all about it, you could easily have rented it to someone else."

He grabs his key and heads into his apartment and lays down after a long day.

Rain went back into the office and saw that  Elyse had a appointment to view the apartments later that afternoon.  She had spoken to Elyse and was happy to see she want to check the apartments out. She wanted to be the one to show her the apartments so she waited around until the time she was to arrive. 

She had the ideal apartment she wanted her to see.  She hoped that the tighter security wouldn’t bother her. 

It was more of a modern apartment not like the more a rustic vintage look of the others.

 The curved kitchen designs featured curved counter-tops and island of  honey tone marble and wooden floors with horizontal large plank long lines.

The bedrooms were of balanced neutral colors, grass-cloth wallpaper, a large mirror behind the headboard, metal and glass furniture, fluffy and luxurious bedding and a beautiful, crystal chandelier.

The sunken living room was a master piece with a picture gallery with framed butterflies, coral, starfish, shells and tortoise shell over the wall of the huge fireplace with a large glass and brass chandelier. 

All the other floors in each room were laid in alternating strips of walnut and maple. 

Elyse arrived right on time.  Rain escorted her to see the apartments.  She showed her one on the 3^rd floor then  took her to see the one she loved and thought she should like on the 2^nd floor.

Tutte were tired and it was well over his sleeping-time, he walks in and talks a bit with Rain and tells her that it ws time for me to get ready for bed, see you soon he said to her and gave her a hug and then walked up to his apartment, it didnt take long for him in bathroom to get ready for bed, in just 10 minutes he slept like a baby. And dreamed about........that was  secret, well hiiden in his mind.

Rain just felt Elyse would love the apartment.   The living room and kitchen was bright and airy, yet the entertainment area with the built in bar and bedroom were mellower.

She was glad that Elyse was so excited with the look of the apartment she really didn’t notice the extra security around.  She will soon find out her neighbor down the hall is Don KennyRusso.

They went back down to the business office and sat down, Rain ask Holly to put the file on APT 210.  She took out the lease agreement for Elyse to read and sign.  After looking over the agreement Elyse signed the papers , took care of the first month’s rent and security deposit and handed the keys.

With business taken care of Rain took Elyse around the residence recreation area.  They visited the Lounge, Café with complimentary Danish and coffee in the mornings, the heated indoor pool which opens to the large patio, weather permitting and the large courtyard with barbeques grills and picnic tables.

When they finished Rain thanked Elyse again for taking the apartment and hopes she would find herself happy living there.

Tutte came walking and comes into the Sleeping Giants and spots Rain.

/Hey, Im just in and collect some stuff since I will spend the night in New York, I come back toworrow again so can we speak more then"

Walks uo to his apartment and walks directly to the bathroom an takes the tooth-brush and tooth-paste and also a towel and new underwears and a t-shirt and a pair of new socks. Then he hurries down the hall and nods to rain and out to the waiting cab.
