Well, Geoffry666, you certainly have some "unique" ideas of what constitutes progress. "Rispetto" is one of the pillars of La Cosa Nostra, not some passing fad which we must evolve beyond.
Those who don't follow the old mafioso code aren't unique individuals who will take us into the future. They are usually considered fish bait. Whoever put these ideas in your head owes you an apology. |

I am alive probably because I voice my opinions like the streets are meant to be used for. I say what I wish because if you follow code all of your life then there is no life! If we did not have a few that stood out in the crazy world of ours then we would be mindless zombies only working for the leader. The streets have been scarce in the past month or so. When we used to voice our opinions the streets were always riving with life and everyone was in them. We are rarely graced by the appearance of a higher authority in these streets and it takes something like what I have brought to get them here most of the time. So before you down my progress look deeper into it. |

I am all for the recent regeneration in the streets, I truly appreciate those who get out here and participate.
It is about the presentation. The style of your speech. There's ways to say what you want to say without coming across in the way you do - that said, let's not pretend we don't both know that it is an intended effect, what you hope to achieve with it will remain a mystery. |

Conversations like this aren't constructive, they are pretty much pointless - it is the definition of talking for the sake of talking. It's not promoting meaningful activity, it's the equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum to get attention.
Also, the streets aren't dead. Sure, there's less people participating than I would like to see, but there's a reasonable level of activity at the moment. Behaving like a petulant child is not the road to increased street activity, convincing the leaders to not promote people beyond WG who aren't active out here would do it. Starting meaningful, well thought out conversations would do it... this will not. |
