Manchester is also great, been there so much and a good night out.

Im from sheffield (equally a great night out) so can easily get there on the train.

anoxia, yea concert sq is very good, its a square ( obvious ) surrounded by about 6 bars, but you can drink out side, they have heaters and seating areas and in the summer they have bbq's..... its a real good plce to go when drinking.
