Dear mafiareturns community. Who ever is boosting up the prices to the rediculous level it is now, will you please stop. I doubt anyone is buyin to many of these outrageously priced credits at the momment. its obvous one or two people are doing it because there being sold of blocks of 40 and 50. overall you might be making a little bit of money personally for yourself, but your hurting your family and city in the long run but bumping the prices of the credits up so high. your limiting your family and cities ability to gain units because of your action. your being selfish and hurting alot of people, so please stop. |

Well they paid for them with their own hard earned cash, so they can charge whatever they like... |

Yeah, i think people are free to charge whatever they want. As long as people are buying them people will continue to sell them! |

People role-playing as mobsters and being selfish/opportunistic with a game feature not necessary for advancement in the game? How shocking! |

true but by doing what they are doing people cant afford to jailbreak so its affecting there units. So its hurting people in there family and their boss's pockets. less units=less money earned=less tributes paid. less tributes paid mean less body guards for their boss's which puts there family at a disadvantage. Weaker families mean weaker cities. it hurts every one including the seller |

Jailbreaking is the least effective way to add to the experience of a character. Want a solution? Post more! |

Mr. teobaldo im aware people can charge what they like. Im simply stating its not the smartest strategy. It shows lake of concern for your crew and city though. THat is my point. |

I would just like to point out that the people selling the credits at those prices are probably making their CL lots of money in tributes. So their CL is probably benefitting quite well. |

when you have a crew of lets say 30. I doubt one man can replace the earning power of the entire crew. A crew of 30 with proper units will out earn the one man 100% of the time. one man hoarding credits hinders the earning power of the rest of the crew. it just makes sense. |

Well to be honest I have no credits and I have a decent amount of units. So I think that maybe if you put in a little effort you might just be able to get what you want. And the point of my comment was to show you that one person selling credits for high prices can and probably will benefit their CLs. |

Plus, in addition to what Teobaldo said, you can get more things with credits now then 3 years ago. That makes their value higher. So...they are sold for more. Understand? |

3 years ago, the price bordered around 50K. I don't think that's what he was getting at - it's probably more directed to the fact that prices were steady at $175,000-$200,000 only a few short months ago. |

No offense Fritz, but it sounds like the problem you are having with the price of credits is a personal one. Credits are still selling even at the inflated price. Your remark about the strategy showing a lack of concern for one's city and/or crew is debatable, even though in a small way I understand what you are getting at. That bad news, at least for you as it would appear, is that if you want to continue purchasing MIAs, jailbreaks, etc, you'll have to buck up and spend the money on the credits. The good news is though, the marketplace fluctuates regularly and these prices will eventually plummet as things in the game change. These high prices won't last forever. They never do. But in the meantime the credit sellers are going to capitalize on these high prices for as long as they can before the bubble bursts. |
