"Looks like I've picked the right time to join this game.  I've spent quite a bit of time in Carthage and Joplin, Missouri area and the Mother Road is kinda a big deal there.  So, this one I actually know.  Route 66 goes from Chicago to Santa Monica, California."  Aurora smiled.  She didn't know how well she'd fair at most questions (lord knows she wouldn't have known the exact year of Gatsby but in fairness that was Keats' area of expertise!) but who knew they'd ask something she'd spent so much time hearing about right off the bat!

She watched Aurora_Mastrosimone answer, and with a smile, she said, "That is correct ma'am. My paper does say Los Angeles but Santa Monica is part of the city as a whole so that is correct! Your prize is a Hustle Hangover Cure Token! Hopefully you can put it to good use someday!"

She stood up and handed the token to Aurora before quickly sitting back down.

Then she continued,  "Next question now!

In what year did the Star Spangled Banner become the USA's national anthem?"

She clapped and said, "Jax-Everett, you are correct. Thought I saw your face out there in the crowd! Glad you stepped up to answer one! Your prize is one credit."

Pulling a gold coin out of her purse, she flipped it around in her hand, letting the sun hit it and shoot rays everywhere, before handing it over to Jax.

She smiled and said, "Congrats! So with that question completed, I will carry on with a riddle this time.

I have a thousand needles but I do not sew.

What am I?"

Last week he had been to Vegas and had encountered a new type of vegetation. His fingers were still sore from the sharp prick he received while hugging the fuzzy plant.

"Are you talking about those infernal cacti?" Legolas asked gravely while rubbing his fingers together.

She watched him for a moment before saying, "I can tell that scars you a little. But no. That is actually not the correct answer. Although it is a pretty good guess! And could be true. But it's not necessarily the answer I have on my paper."

Looking at her paper, she read over the question again before looking up and saying, "Should I give a bit longer to answer or just say the answer and go on to the next question?"

ZR was paying close attention, waiting to hear a question that he could pounce on. This one seemed easy enough! May be a bit too easy, may be there was a catch he was not aware of. Regardless of doubt ZR piped in:

"Five bucks says it's a hedgehog. Right? Right! Am I right!"

She smiled and said, "You are so close! But that's not the answer I have on my paper. I'll give you another chance!"

Standing at the side was beginning to give a bad taste in Dauner's mouth as he couldn't help himself from jumping into the game. "Everyone knows they're porcupines" he said waiting to hear he was correct.

She turned from ZebrishRedd when another person to her right answered instead.

"That's correct!" She said to Dauner_Light. "Congratulations! Hedgehogs are often confused for porcupines, but my answer on the paper was indeed porcupines. Your prize is an Achievement Reveal/Bookkeeper perk! It lasts for 60 days. I hope that helps you out a little bit! And I will have that sent out to you right away!"

She flipped her papers around to a new sheet before continuing, "I think I will ask just one more trivia question before I bring this event to a close. And that question is...

In 1921, Ellis Island was quarantined after an outbreak of what disease?"

Dauner_Light folded his arms and looked up while thinking. the answer didn't come to him until he saw someone walk by with a book. he read the title out loud

"Typhus"

With a smile, she said, "You are correct again! Wonderful. Glad someone was able to figure up the answer so quickly. Your prize is two credits!"

She reached in her bag and pulled out two shiny, gold coins, clinking them together in her hand before she stood up and walked over to Dauner_Light. 

"Thank you for taking part in this event," she said. "And congratulations on winning a couple prizes!"

Handing the credits over, she turned back towards her seat and addressed the small crowd that was still gathered.

"Thank you all as well for taking part! I had a blast asking questions and handing out prizes. I'm looking forward to doing this again in the future!"
