Video found himself lying in his bed. It had been about four nights and still no word from Newt about his whereabouts. Concern for his safety was the cities biggest issue. After many failed attempts of trying to reach him a decision and one that was not the easiest would have to be made.

Kat. Are you there?

video has called Kat. He informed her that she was going to set up next to Newt. That she was free to house any of the members who wanted to move over to the new crew. That we were all waiting for his return but started to grow more and more concerned that he probably wasn’t returning.

You aren’t just doing this for me, You are doing it for all of the Merlin Order. They need someone to step in and lead them in this difficult time Kat, and that person is and should be you. 

The future was uncertain but overall she was one of the strongest people in the city. She lead well and the Merlin family loved her. She loved them. This is what video wanted and this is what newt would have wanted.

congratulations sister. It is an absolute honor to have you in this city. Thankyou for saying yes and leading waterfront carrying the torch that Newt started for us! 

Integra had brought a bit of glitter as she walked around to find Kat_Pryde before tossing some of the said glitter at the woman with a smile on her face, pulling out a bottle of celebratory alcohol as a present.

"I'm truly excited to see you step up Kat and I know you'll do wonderful things."

She offered the woman a hug, not caring about getting any glitter on herself as she knew there were still some remnants of it from the nights they'd gone bar hopping together. An idea she was sure was bound to happen again there was definitely something new to celebrate now.

She walks up to a glitter covered Kat.  Kat was a great choice for the city of Seattle, she would do wonderful things.  She was loved by many, and would definitely be embraced as a new leader.  She waits for Integra to finish, looking a little bit sparkly herself as she steps away.  Hayley moves over to Kat and throws her arms around the lovely woman. 

Congrats Kat!  So glad to see you as one of Seattle's leaders.  I know you will do great things for our city. 

She steps back, trying to brush off glitter, finally giving up.  Goes to stand next to Video as he chats with various people.

A voice is heard from the crowd Here Here Welcome and best wishes! The voice then trails off into the noise of the crowd.

LillisMolly stands and watches what's going on in front of him, he smiles and after a while he walks up to Video and Integra and shakes their hands and says to them what a wonderful thing this was, superbly done and congratulation to this great thing that makes many happy and also makes him happy just to stand beside and watch the great happiness among great people in Seattle.

Watching from the corner, Mick tilted his hat down toward Kat when the announcement had been made. A smile crossed his face as he put out his cigarette into the nearby ashtray and straightened his tie. As he walked over toward the woman who had been newly christened a crew leader, he pulled out the bottle of Guinness that he had brought from one of his own establishments. Handing it to her, he took her by the hand and pressed his lips against the skin. 

"As well deserved as I have ever seen my dear. I have no doubt that you will flourish with this opportunity, and I look forward to seeing your growth soon in the future."

With that, he left her to her own devices and went to join what would most likely be some sort of congratulatory event.
