October 3rd, 19XX 

Charlie sighed, his eyes heavy and his suit bloodied after the hard night that had just happened....his eyes raked over the crowd...it was something and now he had to deliver his statement. Their reasoning behind the attack on their former Acting GFC...It was a brazen attack but one that had been warranted. 

"Ladies and Gentlemen, today I'm approaching you in a rather somber mood. 

If you were around in the early moments of this morning then you know that our Acting GFC, AdmiralAckbar, his hand, Caius, and Tony Dippolito were removed from their positions. This is something that I and Gent found ourselves fighting with, we wished to put faith in our new partners within Philadelphia and see if our own tension within each of us could not be worked out. 

As you saw, it could not be worked out. With tensions reaching an all-time high, I and Gent believed that we were going to be on the chopping block. We decided earlier in the afternoon of yesterday that we could not allow that to happen, we wished to see this city grow and not continue under what looked like the beginnings of a Tyrannical Leader.

And so we moved forward with removing our former allies. And you may believe this a lie or a scheme of some kind on our parts, trust me, it is not. I wished to go forward with an open mind and believe that we could settle our differences through some words but no, it was not meant to be. "

Charlie looked over all of them with a pained smiled, before deciding to continue. 

"I, Gent, and Biggie will be looking to build a better and prosperous future for the city of Philadelphia. Thank you for allowing me to explain what happened in our city."

With that Charlie headed back into the gentlemen's club, knowing that it was going to be quite the evening clearing this mayhem up.

But in all honesty - man up and say - This was a hostile take over.

Warning to all other leaders, let this pest fester and you will meet the same end as I did.

Waking up and seeing the news of the bloodshed overnight, Frank decided he'd better cruise down to the core of the city and see what was the matter.  Given the desolation of the mob world a few weeks back - it seemed strange to see yet another thinning of the herd so quickly.  Nonetheless, he was in no position to judge.  He rolled down the window of his ambulance and lit a smoke as he munched on a burrito that he bought at the stand a couple of blocks over.  Meals were always hard to come by...

"Congratulations on moving up in the world Mr. Pavanno.  I am hopeful that you can bring stability and prosperity to your city.  Come find me if you ever need any holes plugged.  I'm more than happy to oblige."

Frank winked as the radio chirped looking for him.  He rolled his eyes and turned on the lights and sped off into the night.

Tenkai shook his head, and walked off at the disbelief of the lies that swarmed within the city, he shrugged, he was glad he wasn't over there. After he had adventures to get on with and people you meet.

Tenkai Tenkai realized he had better things to concentrate on, he sighed once again shaking his head. 

"Good luck with all of that..I hope it works out..who knows someone might have different opinions about your actions..but I hope this doesn't get you into future problems because of it." He said as he walked off with his men that Booogie had set up for him.
