Destro returns from the street corner where CommissarZverev has just announced tiggy as the winner of the contest.

Looks like Destro's vote counted after all.

Doing his best not to laugh out loud, William takes a final draw from his cigarette and drops it into the gutter.

"Actually Destro, I think what you mean is that your vote didn't matter anyway, as the lady with the large hands and deep voice won anyway. Your bleedin' vote still didn't count, nor was it needed because tiggy had the most votes by a clear margin, and that's what was required to win. I'd offer you a consolatory cigarette, but you don't look like you bloody well smoke, and with your compensation paid by the dearly departed Xanxus, whom the Gods saw fit to strike down with great vengeance and furious anger... the smell of brimstone sure does catch in your throat... you can probably afford to buy quite a few fat cigars to chew on."

William turns to walk off and waves back.

"I look forward to your next competition CommissarZverev, they are nothing if not entertaining."

Hello William_Pratt.  Actually that's not what I meant. 

We are all aware that tiggy accumulated the most votes.  That is how she won the contest.  

To your point though, between the millions I've made off of the two contests I've participated in so far, I can indeed afford a lifetime of cigarettes.

I see this as the fix was in due to the extorted casinos. And the takedowns that took place from the onset of the stolen money and to date.
