I am CommissarZverez's son, and I am named after my grandfather, Kuku.  I am blessed in that my name contains elements of two of the most successful and powerful men ever to grace this thing of ours.  My main goal in this life is to live a life that would make them proud.

Before I go any further, let me deal with the elephant in the room.  Yes, my father, the Commissar, masterminded the fraudulent acquisition of $16.8bn.  There is no denying that.  He knew he was going to die, and he passed me a journal containing all of the information about that, and other, schemes.  All I will say about it is that he died full of regret.  He had friends in City Hall, and he betrayed them.  Had he one wish, he would not have done it.  This is sincere.

But we should not ignore his many, many accomplishments: his careful stewardship of the Streets; the establishment and nurturing of the Competitive Writing Community; his role in the fall of Philly; his daring duels and his re-introduction of loansharking into this thing of ours.  Do not forget the bad; of course not.  But remember the good.

For my part, I grabbed a few sacks of money from our family home and was apprehended.  I was sentenced to one year in jail, but have been released on parole.  I am grateful to City Hall for that.

What I will say is that City Hall recovered the entirety of my father's take from the fraud, and also money that he had made in other, more acceptable, ventures.  I enter this world with no inheritance, save that of my name, a name which is worth untold sums of money.

Following in my father's footsteps, I am to build on his achievements. 

I will re-introduce the Writing Contests and reinvigorate the Streets.  This will be a priority.
I will seek to mend relationships with the sons of men my father either killed, had killed, or wronged in some way.  There is no point holding onto bloodline grudges.
I will reintroduce the Iron Bank, once funding is secured.  This may well be difficult.
I will build and lead a family and, once again, restore the Kuku name to rightful glory.

And I will mentor the lost and guide the blind.

Your bloodline has been around for a long time Mr. Kuku and at times it has been known to be fully unhinged here in the streets. my question to you is, Will we get the same ol' unhinged Kuku or has your bloodline become more tame over the years? Maybe your time in prison has reformed you?

If, by your question, do you mean "will I revolutionise these Streets and bring activity, competition and intrigue" then the answer is a resounding "yes."  

If, as my many detractors do, you are simply judging me on the actions of my ancestors in ancient history, than I can only say this:

You seem to have made quite the splash in the last couple of days, and I am pleased by your appetite for the job. I am sure in the coming days and weeks you will demonstrate to any naysayers that you're a reformed character, drawing inspiration from the noteworthy actions of your late father, before...you know...his fraudulent $9bn scam which brought the Mafia to our knees.
