Why Tam was killed.

I was going to construct a story of why I executed Tam, involving RJFuller, The Vatican, Col. Gaddaffi, Jimmy Hoffa and Ganelon – but that wouldn’t be true (but would be a great story). But this is what actually happened. Francis_Kuklinski (FK) was the descendent of two leaders in this thing of ours, Francis_Costello and Richard_Kuklinski (RK). Both have been discussed at length – opinion is divided and will remain so. This is not the place to resurrect those debates. RK was controversial – his tactics, his demeanour, his incredible wealth and enviable status. Tam’s great-grandfather, One, slated RK on his deathbed. Now RK’s great-grandson was aware of this, but this in itself wasn’t enough to guarantee his death. But it did create in his mind an idea...

Tam’s bloodline were powerful men; rich, well protected, well regarded. Tam worked with Gaius – another former ally of the Kuklinski dynasty. FK wounded up a LHM in Chicago – worked near Premier. Prem is known and widely regarded as the hardest working imbecile in these cities – he is barely tolerated by those around him and widely despised. But he keeps the money rolling in and has a powerful gun. Think of a poor man’s FlyingPig, with less elegance. Now... Gaius, when wronged, levelled cities – as does Prem. FK was a LHM.. Tam was a LHM.. And Tam has no protection. A plan was hatched, FK trained his gun, wacking people left, right and centre – the Kuklinski gun was historically bad – this time it had to be ready to go. And it was...  Whilst Roman runs Chicago, Prem has a lot of power - and he loves to shoot people. 

So far, so good..  a fiendishly brilliant plan.  FK sought out Tam and shot him in the back of the head.  He boarded a plane and landed in Chicago and went to contact his boss, LaQuenta, to report he'd come under fire and fired back..  But LaQuenta was dead!!!  An epic fail on FK's part.  And a good man dead.

Let this be a lesson to you all...  If you employ as your family heads violent sociopaths, more intelligent men will hatch sophisticated plans to cause your downfall..  Today Prem was lucky.  But remember; Prem had to be lucky all the time..  His enemies only have to be lucky once.. (come to think of it, I think they already were...).

Basically what I'm getting from this is quite simple. Your father killed Tam because it was the only viable target for him to hit without worrying about a miss. Kudos to him for that, a Boss on Boss kill really is quite the achievement you should be dearly proud of dear old dad for that, well proud for the fact he didn't miss, otherwise we would have one other thing to be pissing ourselves laughing about when it comes to your bloodline.

You say Tam's bloodline were well protected but when you killed Tam he didn't have a bodyguard, so right there tells me that your father was nothing more than an opportunist fucktard, who wasn't man enough to put in the work to kill someone more protected. Not that I'm degrading Tam in anyway shape or form, each resident in Chicago is as valuable as the next, your dad just happened to pick the one that came with the least risk.

I would have to disagree with this statement and would like to clear it up for you.  That Marley bloodline has been around longer than some of the 3rd grade educational backgrounded, upper structured members we see walking the streets daily.  True enough, his last 2 characters were rogues members, but before that the Marley has never done anything but be loyal, respectful, and die for his family.  In lamens terms, for the ones who need it dumbed down, Marley has had 100's of family members before those two.  I guess he picked a fine time to start because I do agree with you on "The times they are a changin" quote you made.  Bloodlining has crepted back into this thing of ours, but you cant blame the leaders for feeling that way.

Cousin Mob_Marley killed himself because, unlike many of the 3rd grade educational backgrounded upper structured members we see today, he knows the rules and how they work in this thing of our.  Mob_Marley went to a city and asked its leader for protection, but the leader denied him.  Now any "true" mobster would not go running and knocking on every HQ door he sees. Where's the loyalty? Where's the honor in that?  Mob_Marley had his eyes set on one goal, joining a NO family. He was denied and did what was right in his mind. Unlike others he chose to die rather than show his face to another leader after having plagued his loyalty to one who denied it.

You see just last night I was chuckling along with a colleague of mine over an employment request sent to a Chicago leader from Mr. Marley requesting to join our fine city. I guess the apples aren't falling far from the trees.
