I usually do the liftings. I start with a warm-up, around 10minutes. Then I do upperbody, fully. When I finish, I always stretch for another 10-15 minutes. Next day I will do lowerbody. And once a week, I will just do cardio, running for example. |

I like to sit on youtube for about 45 minutes creating a 20 minute playlist of music.. and once I have it just right I throw on my airpods and run until the playlist is complete.. simple, but enjoyable. |

| Thanks for the tips. I have gone 6 out of the last 8 days so I am happy to be sticking with it. I have thrown in some weight training to build strength. I have been surprised by the energy boost it has given me! | |

I have been doing 'the hundred' training for the past few months. You pick 5 exercises and do 20 reps each, for 5 rounds. Combined with interval running after every 20 reps. You could combine 20 push-ups with 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 jumping jacks, and 20 dips. Do this within half an hour and finish with a 5 mile run under 30 minutes. |

All the advice here and on the googles will be useless you're consistent. Find something fun so that you stick to it. Is the elliptical fun? The stationary bike? Pick-up basketball games? Swimming? Upside down, one-armed handstands while you masturbate?

When the pandemic started, I was pretty bummed out and started eating a lot. By May I had gained a good deal of weight and decided enough was enough. I only had two dumbbells and adjustable bench in my garage so I had to improvise. I did upper body/lower body twice a week and threw in some cardio (with a 7th day of rest of course). Over the last few months, I lost a bit of fat, but I gained muscle. The big takeaway from this story is that just staying active and keeping at it did more for me than dieting and counting calories. Of course, I limited the junk I ate, avoided overeating/overdrinking, but in the end, I was overall happier knowing that clothes were fitting better and I hadn't sacrificed too much of my enjoyments in life. Just move each muscle group 2 times per workout at least once a week/at most twice a week, and you should feel a difference in muscle tone. If you want to lose weight, add in some cardio that best suits you while maintaining your workout schedule. It all adds up overtime so patience is key. |

Nothing beats going running for me. Especially when having the chance to also look at new scenery or running past streets you have never been or really paid much attention before. |

I don't workout as much as I should, but I try to eat healthy and stay within a healthy weight range. That's half the battle is the diet! |

Pilates is a good workout for longer, leaner and stronger muscles. There's variety so you'll never get bored and there are a few machines that you can use for your workout too. |

I don't really work out as much as I should but do enjoy when I get to do any long distance walking or running. Helps clear the head a bit and gives some exercise as well. |

| I use dot be really fit.. and to tell you guys the truth. It’s not about what you eat. It’s about how much you move and how much you breathe. Keep moving and keep pumping weights. Never stop. I can’t remember how many times I have gone to the gym and worked out and have thought to myself that I see more results from working out in my backyard or working in a construction zone then spending one hour at the gym daily it’s not about pumping for an hour or two it’s about constantly moving. I would recommend you guys to pick three core exercises like curl ups push-ups crunches or sit ups and just do those constantly constantly all the time. | |

My personal recommendations, -Elliptical workout for 30 mins every other day, slowly scale that up to 50 as you get more conditioned. -Alternating schedules, 3 sets of 15-20 use more weight and less reps if you want to bulk Day 1
Day 2
take a day off after this and repeat and you will be shredded in 3 months. |

We've done a lot of 5k's for charity here lately. We also bike, and swim. Anything that can be done outside is a better motivator for us, but if weather doesn't permit it, we've got weights we'll use inside. I think the key is to change up the routine often so you don't fall into a rut and lose interest. |

Right now I am working my way through couch to 5k. It's been slow going but nice to do outside without having to deal with a gym. Adding in some aerobics and light weightlifting now as well too. |

Me personly think that walking fast is a good way to get more stamenia and too reduse weight. Im not very foond of going to the gym and when you walk you get some frease air also if you do it in the woods its better for your body then if you do it in the street |
