A man come out a new Headquarters set up in the city of New Orleans he then walks down the road with a swagger about him. He then gets to the streets he is followed by an army of bodyguards. The man stops and a Dark Lady comes through the crowd of bodyguards and stands next to him, he takes a breathe and steps forward facing the crowd gathering round him.

"Hello Ladies and gentlemen, I am Lil Wayne for those that don't know me. I am here today to announce I have been allowed to set up my own Headquarters in New Orleans this is a great moment for myself as I am the second person in my Bloodline to become a Crew leader. This means alot to me and am proud to take on this role in the city and I would like to thank the people whop made this happen first off is the Godfather of New Orleans RoGoG and his RHW Egwene for giving me this opportunity and I will not let him down. I would also thank BanannaBender this guy has been great to me and I have enjoyed serving him as his RHM for the past months it has been an honour and I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for him."

Lil Wayne stops for a breather.

"I will stop going on now, am sure you all have busy schedules and carry on with the rest, so here it goes. I Introduce to you 'Young Money Cash Money Billionaires' and also my RHW Darkladyspirit I look forward to working with her.

Lil Wayne smiles to the crowd then turns and him and DLS make there way to YMCMB HQ with the crowd of bodyguards following.

Upon hearing the great news coming out of New Orleans, Stainless rushes to congratulate his friend.

Congratulations Wayne, you deserve it. If ever a bloodline I know that works tirelessly not expecting any reward its yours and I'm in no doubt that trait will continue to run in your family.

Basti blows a thick cloud then throws the cigar. He walks near the new boss and shakes his hand.

"Congratulations Lil Wayne. You have worked hard and earned this."

He then turns to Dark Lady Spirit.

"Congratulations Ma'am. I'm sure that you will both make New Orleans proud!"

Hard work and loyalty pay off and this is further example of that, i know you will do a great job and wish you every success

Mrs-Doubtfire was travelling through streets of New Orleans when she came across a cafe that looked very nice. She decided to take a few minutes out of her job time and to enter the cafe to have a drink and something to bite. She entered the cafe and took a seat. The waiter came over to her and took her order. While she was waiting she overheard two people chatting on the table next to her about a new auth later today in New Orleans. She smiled at that and wondered if it was true and if so who it was. The waiter came back over with her drink and a sandwich and she tucked into them. While taking a sip of her drink she overheard one of them say the location of the event and a time. It was in 2 hours. Knowing this knowledge she finished her drink and slowly strolled towards the location to see if it was true.

When she finally got to the event there was a couple of people crowding around and more on the way. From seeing just this she knew that it had to be correct so she waited around. After an hour of waiting there was finally a show of New Orleans. It was -Lil_Wayne- a long bloodline friend of hers. She smiled and began to hope it was him. After -Lil_Wayne- spoke his piece she smiled and clapped. Then she approached him and shook his hand.

-Lil_Wayne-, our bloodlines have crossed MANY times in my ancestors journals and we have always gotten along. You were with a very very old ancestor in this very city when you got your first family If I am not mistaken, and that really does make me happy to see you finally get another shot at this great honour.

Without a doubt I know you will be a great leader and you'll do New Orleans proud. Congratulations my dear.

Mrs-Doubtfire smiles and gives -Lil_Wayne- a hug and a kiss on the cheek. She then hands him a bunch of old papers and smiles.

She smiles and nods her head at him. Then slowly turns around and heads back towards the city centre.

Bruiser steps out of his car in just enough time to see the announcement and all of the commotion.  Once Bruiser has stepped out onto the sidewalk he wades his way through the sea of  people and sticks out his hand once to the newly appointed crew leader.  Giving Lil_Wayne the patented Andolini "Bro Hug" and begins to whisper into Lil_Waynes ear,

"Your family line and mine can be traced back to many different cities and different bosses put I always knew that one of your kin would make it to this great honor.  Congratulations my friend.  I'm sure you will make the best out of this."

I am truly honoured to see such a dedicated and loyal friend take on a role that they have earned through unhindering service.
