We thank you all for your congrats, however i have noticed a trend already with people from other crews requesting positions within this family.  Although this is the world of opportunity if you cannot show loyalty to your own family or patience why would we want you!!

A good structure is built from within a city regularly where you have worked, taught and defended each other during your lifetime.  I thank you for your continual support and look forward to working with many of you from my city in the future.
