June 28, 1930-The man searches for his family all throughout Detroit. He has a meeting set up with a source that goes by the alias TheJBoss, who claims to have found them.

June 30 1930-TheJBoss is found dead, bullet between the eyes. Some speculate on the whether it was his recent mob connections but the man knew the secrets his source had uncovered were the reason for their untimely death.

July 4, 1930-Although the man's only source was dead he knew he was in the right city, and his family was here. He continued his search for tips from anywhere possible. He found himself infront of a storefront in Downtown, Detroit. Coming Soon, Gandleton's Gadgets ©.  He thought to himself, "This will be a useful shop".

July 6, 1930-Bryan was reading his father's journal late one evening when he started noticing there was letters on the side of every page. A single letter, never in the same location, nor the same size. Some were almost impossible to see without a magnifying glass, others seemed to be upside down. Only four seemed to be capitalized...

July 7, 1930-The man, still searching for any information regarding his family, decides to see if Detroit's Gandleton's Gadget© is open. If they didn't have something for him maybe he could at least find another source. Upon entry the bell above the door rang out. Bryan was at the counter attempting to make sense of his recent find in his father's journal. The man notices Bryan's struggle and decided to pry. His wife's last name. Slavikovich. His daughter's name. Annalise and Sophia... The fourth name stumps him but the man interrogates Bryan for information.

July 8,1930-The man struggles to find the connection. How did Bryan's father know his family. What's last name and why a code? Whatever the case Bryan was more than willing to help, out of pure curiosity. He points the man to a local keeper of knowledge, who's known to hang around a Speakeasy across town
