Resting her hand in his to stabilise herself using her free hand to tuck her dress below to keep it from riding up, keeping her legs as close together as possible while she slinked in effortlessly, looking at the driver she smiled warmly with his questionable look on his face, a smirk played on her lips, letting go of the gents hand offering him a small smile mouthing thank you awaiting him to enter the cab himself. |

Tony smiled to her and got in himself, right next to her. "To the Brewing Station corner of the 7th and 31st. " he said with a deeper tone almost hoarse and coughed on his fist. After that he proceeded and opened his briefcase, removed a short stack of papers and started going through them. The taxi drove away from the jail area and towards Manhattan. |

Peering over slightly as he shuffled through papers, her brow quirked. "Here I was thinking it was empty like most the fellas that visited the lounge on a regular" she scoffed before turning her head looking out the window watching New York pass them by. Mesmerised by the hustle and bustle of the main streets, it was much busier and lively than Philadelphia. "So how long ya been doing this gig Mister?" |

He smirked in an almost smug way on her first remark and didn't took his eyes from the page at first when he replied with a calm tone. "Like their heads." he paused "If this was empty, you would be having coffee with Mister Brandt right now." He pushed the pages back into the suitcase after a few minutes when her second question came. "For a few years." he smiled and locked eyes with her "Puts food on the table, occasionally meeting noteworthy people but that is rare. What about you?" |

Her ears perked at Mister Brandt, she knew she was walking a fine line with her sass with the man. Adjusting her gaze towards him as he spoke “Life of crime? About 2 weeks… Prior that I worked at the Burlesque lounge over at Philly for a few years, we were about to expand till the shit storm started across the whole country, which I’m sure you’re aware of….” Trailing off a little smiling warmly “Was simpler, less complicated, drawing lust of men, getting paid to do it, I knew my job, how to execute it, this though “ motioning between them “Is unknown territory, I didn’t fire a gun till a short 7 days ago… illegal stuff I know zilch about…” inwardly sighing |

Once she spoke openly, his eyes immediately went to the driver's mirror only to see that the driver's eyes were on them, most likely his ears too. With a cool and contained voice he addressed the driver "If I lose anything in this cab and you don't know where to find me to return them, or say if you forget our faces or anything we talk about you in this car, you might as well keep my belongings." he raised eyebrows to the driver through the mirror as a question of understanding to which the driver nodded nervously. Tony would then slide a wad of cash between the seats probably a month's worth of work for the driver. His attention turned to her "It was all over the papers, yeah. What went wrong this time?" His head nodding towards the back of the cab, indicating the prison. |

Smirking suppressing a cocky eye roll she reached towards the wad of cash handing it back to Santarelli whilst leaning towards the driver's ear whispering "You recognised me huh? Same goes suga, I'll make ya a deal I won't tell your wife you fucked one of our girls numerous times when you went to Philly, if you keep driving and pretend we ain't here ok suga?" Jacqueline's tone as smooth as honey, her fingers trailed down his neck watching him gulp heavily, nodding slowly "Good..." leaning back into the seat her eyes focused on Santarelli, a smile played on her lips, shrugging her shoulders, crossing her legs facing him.
"Threatening a squealer with a gun aimed at his temple is apparently frowned upon "Jacqueline scoffed referring to the Corrupt agents she employed |

Watched her make her move as he placed the money back in his inner pocket, raising an eyebrow accompanied by a slight shrug as a comment to her move. Either way works. "What is it you think you don't know about this life? I see you are doing just fine, besides the last bit that was just a lesson." |

Shrugging while fiddling with her Emerald ring on her index finger. Staring down at the floor.
"How to blend in, gaining connections, no one takes a pretty face seriously till I go manic and start blowing limbs off..." cocking her head to the side locking eyes with Santarelli "You know your shit right? Guy's like you make it look simple, got any tips?" |

And that would be the moment that she would see him slightly chuckle for the first time. "Why go against the flow when you can just go with it and win? Let everyone underestimate you. You will find sooner rather than later that this is a better weapon than a machine gun, if used right. " He paused and studied her for a moment as the taxi made the last turn towards their destination and was now heading there at a straight line. Smirk on. "We just met though and that is a tip of immense value. Skipped first date, foreplay and went straight to it." shook his head amused as the taxi came to a halt "We shall make up for that" He would help her out of course depending on what she did next. |

Growing wide eyed as a chuckle vibrated from his throat, she couldn't help but break into a wide smile, her demeanour warmer, her head cocked to the side, taking in his advice, nodding in agreeance she could see where he was coming from, never judge a book by its cover right? For a cocky man, he had values, knowledge and connections it seems to various walks of life in this lifestyle. Before she was able to speak he threw a tongue in cheek comment out that left her stationary in her tracks, speechless, assuming he enjoyed that reaction, her mouth slightly popped open, folding her arms, a mischievous glint in her eyes formed as she spoke "You mean you'll make it up to me Mister Santarelli...besides sometimes getting caught up in the heat of the moment skipping foreplay makes the end result just that much more exciting, no?" waggling her eyebrows a mirthful laugh escaping her lips, noticing the car began to slow down causing her to break eye contact with him only to observe their surroundings. |

The majority of the buildings in this area of Manhattan are neither first nor last class. It looks like a small Italian island within the ocean of Americanized architecture. No flags though and it looked clean. The cafeteria on their left, next to it an establishment that really gave no signs to its trade, and then across the street, a deli and what looked to be a well established high end restaurant, with golden-letter sign on top reading "La Sicilia d'Oro". At this hour it was relatively quiet, a few pedestrians passing by and shop owners preparing for the day. The coffee shop had those metallic traditional coffee tables outside that if moved against the pavement would produce a very loud and annoying noise. The faint smell of coffee, was in the air even from outside.
Before opening the car door, Tony locked eyes with her and stared for a few moments, charging up the positively electrified atmosphere between the two with silence and anticipation. He leaned in slowly to her ear and with a low and deep tone he responded "In reality we never stopped the foreplay since the moment we met, Miss Doyle." His cologne so intense up-close, his voice a vibration that would echo to her spine and his breath hitting softly on her cheek just inches away. With a smirk he would move back quickly and open the door of the cab. While she would gather herself for exit, he would pay the taxi driver and then help her out. |

Throughout the districts of New York, Manhattan had a certain amount of class, style the architecture slightly different to Brooklyn and the Bronx, it seemed homey, could this possibly be her new home? The cab came to a stop infront of the coffee shop, Jacqueline's eyes glistened doting on the cute, quaint Cafe, feeling as if she was being watched turning her head to be met by the man, her eyes fluttering up and down , her brow quirked with a expression of "try me", he leaned in towards her ear and whispered causing instant Goosebumps to riddled her neck as his breath hit her skin, her pupils dilated her nose copping a whiff full of cologne, there was that smoke grain again mixed with cigarettes, why were the cocky one's the most intoxicating ones? Jacqueline thought to herself, pulling away with a smirk on his face made her feel all the more mischievous, two can play that game.
Clutching her handbag and dress as she wormed her way out of the cab, her dress hitched up a little higher revealing her toned thighs slightly, watching Mister Santarelli's eyes to see where they would fall. Standing to her feet giving the driver a curt nod closing the door behind her, adjusting her attire slightly in the cafe window's reflection, wasting no time with little to no word Jacqueline sauntered inside, her hips popping side to side on her approach, pushing the door open holding it open for Santarelli, a smirk played on her lips, her tone cocky "ladies before gentlemen..." motioning him inside. |

He helped her out of the cab, his eyes with intention focusing into hers or her face while she wasn't looking. There wasn't really a point in taking a look to a small portion of her body that was revealed by accident or misguided intent even. Tony, a practical man above all else, knew that the best thing is to "have" not to "look from afar". ... He checked out her swing though, just briefly because biology; the master erotic calling signal of a female to a male in the human race is the swing of that ass. And truth be told, hers was a loud signal. He knocked on the taxi's hood to notify the driver who drove off fast. With a confident smirk and a simple nod to her, ignoring her little game, he walked in the coffee shop which absolutely smelled phenomenally by the union of all the different varieties of coffee being brewed for the patrons. To the right as someone enters, a long counter where the magic happened. Three employees running back and forth to prepare the best morning drink Italy had to offer. In front of the counter there were a few patrons that drank their espresso the Italian way, "ristretto" as they called it, meant restricted or in this context, short. Like a shot, they downed it and went about their business. And in front of that, center and left as someone enters, were tables same as those outside. There was art on the walls, most featuring paintings of coffee fields, beans and Italian landscapes, and on the far wall, there were a few couches against it, where the more Americanized audience could sit down in peace, read their newspaper and enjoy their freshly brewed espresso. Straight ahead of the door there was a curtain, between two pots of plants that gave color to the space. The place was full at the moment and that meant 6 tables, 3 couches and a semi-full counter about 20 people.
"Angelo, buongiorno!" Tony called out the moment he stepped in front of the counter To which the eldest employee of all, his head bald on the center almost gray hair around that in a horse-shoe formation turned towards Tony and greeted "Welcome welcome! Go right ahead I will be right there" Tony replied "Grazie mille signore!" and proceeded towards the curtain making sure Jackie was keeping up before walking any further. |

Following closely on his heel, the smell of coffee was thick, drool worthy almost with a hint of baked goods, admiring how busy yet free flowing establishment was, employees working like a fine oiled machine. |

They both walked towards the curtain, arms linked, she could swear that there was a smile different from all the others after he spoke with the bald gentleman and above all after he entered this cafe. Which quickly disappeared but for a moment was there. "One of my favorite places over the years, been coming here since it was nothing more than a counter. Reminds me of my roots." Passing the curtain, to their right there was a door of what seemed to be a small room and to their left, a steel spiral staircase that led up. "After you" he said with a smile. |

Jacqueline's made her way up the spiral stair case to be met by a small space, the first thing that would catch her attention would be the screen window overlooking the roundabout located east of this cafeteria's entrance and the tall buildings that surrounded it. Hustle and bustle to it's best, with the position of the cafe the view felt much more open than it would be looking down a regular street. On either side of the window there were curtains held together to keep this view visible. Her eyes widened at its beauty, feeling as of they had just teleported to a quiet part of town, turning her head to the gent as he made the final step behind her to the room, her tone warm as was her smile "This is rather Spectacular Mister Santarelli... " |

"I am glad you think so. Just a small piece of solace for me when I come here for my coffee" he said with a smile as he removed his coat and fedora to a clothes hanger. "Make yourself at home. Angelo will be here in a second to take our order." He also unbuttoned the last button of his suit to be more comfortable as he spoke. |

Pulling off het faux coat tossing it over one of the leather chairs whilst resting against the windowsill taking in the view. "I can see why you retreat here...definitely allows you to seek solace and unwind...so you come here often I guess? Gotta say I haven't tried traditional Italian coffee before"peering over her shoulder seeing the man visibly more relaxed |

Walked over to the coffee table and picked a book that was laying on it to put it back to the bookcase. If her eye was fast enough she would make out the title as "Meditations". "When in the neighborhood yeah. The proprietor made me the honor of putting it together. I wouldn't dare going elsewhere while close to this." he smiled and gestured towards the window view. It occurred to him that a woman hadn't stepped her foot in this space for ages. Not that he minded, it was just a fact. Heavy hasty footings were heard climbing up the stairs, the first thing that came into view, was the bombed cornfield located in Angelo's hair. "Signore Santarelli the usual for you? What would the signora like?" Said the man with a medium weight Italian accent and placed two clean glasses on the coffee table, along with a glass pot of fresh water. "Thank you Angelo" Tony responded and looked towards Jacqueline without responding for her. Angelo was at her disposal. |
