It should be clear to anyone by now that I am not a direct relative of Kuklinski. Also, by underground group, please understand that 95% of you have nothing to fear. We have firepower, but not a lot of firepower. What we do have are resources, intelligence, financial and literary resources and good contacts. The person who represents the biggest threat to our economy is a 'leader' who will at some point take on Roman. He's powerhungry, nutty and will stop at nothing. But he is unstable, so after he takes over, his reign will be very, very short-lived. Then then there will follow anarchy. It is this anarchy that *** **** will STOP.

How? Easy, we keep the wars low level, the maddog killers sated with the odd murder and conflict and, most importantly of all, we keep the nutty 'leader' in his place and Roman in his position as head Tutti.

Age is not important, neither is height. What is important is a good business head. No Godfathers, or Dons for that matter, are allied with us. However, we have had dealings with a Don in the past. We are an organisation, but a loose one. More a group of people who believe in this thing and work to protect it. I say again, 95% of you should be thanking us.

Its odd how this 'guy' shows up about once a month with claims of grandeur and massive underground support. I guess 'his' cycle will be done in another day or so and we can get back to normal.

HE'S the one giving notes of support!  I've bee doing a little research into this . . . I am not a Godfather or a Don.  Am I the one in charge?  I almost feel like Dave Kujan and Jack Baer should be here, too!

What strategy is this? The one where you put Roman on the hitlist for $100M and then say its because you like him so much and how its for his own good?

Low level wars? Such as taking out MIAs with your peashooter? 

Here is my educated guess on you. You have no idea who posted the $100M hit, you come out to the streets with your self-inflated, self-worth ego and claim credit for it but then again you are not even really claiming credit for it, because your logic and reasoning is so flawed. 

Your secret orgaizantion is not a secret if you have come out and said that it exists, you have made it public knowledge, which defeats the whole purpose of it being a secret organization. The word secretive would have been more appropriate. 

Rudiger detested inactivity. He could not stand to be bored, even when the only alternative was to stick himself into situations where he clearly didn't belong. He often thought that if he were born in another time, another place, to a different family or even if stealing stuff weren't so much darn fun that he could have been a political analyst. Or at least one of those idiots they pay to go on the radio and talk out of their ass for a few hours a day.

Interesting stuff. And I can't un-hear any of it, so I might as well add a few thoughts I had, before we file this away for easy retrieval when we're all old and pitiful and selling our story to some news reporter for $35 and a t-shirt.

I've heard the word 'terrorism' trotted through here. This isn't accurate. Terrorism as I understand it is the creation of fear, often through violent means, in order to perpetuate a political or ideological agenda. In this case, we're repeatedly told that we, by and large, have nothing to be afraid of. Their agenda seems to be pretty much nothing, though they must be recognized for their ability to expound on it endlessly, or at least cyclically. Their mission, as far as I can tell, is to uphold the status quo. They seem to be winning at this.

I myself am a member of a secretive radical organization hell-bent on making sure that the Statue of Liberty remains standing in New York Harbor. We are very dedicated. Do not test us.

There was, however, the vague mention of possible violence. The actual phrasing was this: "We do, however, have 4 targets for assassination, character or actual, from Capo and below..." Assassination, character or actual. So chances are they'll call you nasty names, kick dirt on your shoes and celebrate. They put out their press releases warning of their power, but a complete lack of corroborating evidence and an iffy promise of 'something, sometime' suggests they may themselves be unsure of the power they're claiming.

The timeframe they've given themselves of six to eight weeks, well... honestly, that's pretty funny. And I must apologize to everyone hearing this because, yes, I did send off for a mail order offer of over-inflated posturing and a dearth of action.

So anyway, terrorists? Hardly. Radicals? Er... no, not really. The activity so far bears more resemblance to an abusive husband, with the constant assurance that this is "for your own good." Though, an odd kind of abusive husband who doesn't hit you, or say mean things. Not very abusive at all, now that I think of it. More, I guess, a spouse that you've lived with for far too long, and constantly bothers you for no reason at all.

Rudiger raises his brow and shrugs, as he lets out the sigh of a man who has talked too much about nothing.

Well, one good turn deserves a cheap potshot parody, so here goes:

Rudiger, you make some interesting points and I thank you for confirming that we are not terrorists, or even, really, radicals.  What we are is dedicated to a cause.  A shining beacon.  And to that cause we remain wedded.  This cause is a noble cause, a just cause.  What is the cause?  It is THE cause.  Just because are strategy is radical doesn't mean we are radicals.  Or does it?  We're splitting semantic hairs here.

Anyway, OK $100M is quite a wedge of cash.  But ask yourself this.  Who is a stronger leader now?  Roman, or his nutty nearest rival?  I'll give you a clue, it isn't his nutty nearest rival.  By a process of elimination you should have worked out that it is, of course ROMAN.

Why are we so keen on Roman, I hear you ask?  Well, why not?  He's a good egg, runs a fine casino, doesn't kill people unnecessarily and he keeps businesses booming.  More importantly than this, his nutty nearest rival (NNR) is scared of him and doesn't indulge in his favoured passtimes due to his intimidation.  Roman is a born leader and an astute businessman - much like our own mentor within our loose affiliation.  The NNR is a threat and we have to keep him as just that NEAREST RIVAL.

We have the manpower and firepower to put the lights out of at least half a dozen low ranked LHM and RHM.  We could do this at any time.  But our operatives would reveal themselves, disgrace their bloodlines and their children would be chased out of 8 towns.  I hear you say "but that at least would achieve something".  But would it?  The children of our low-ranked victims would return and we would be left with a generation of radical infants.  No, our way is better. 

And our way will prevail.  We have been looking out for Roman for some time now.  He knows that we support him.  I would never make public our correspondence, but it warms us that he took the time to get in touch - thanks Roman.

Why don't we name the NNR?  Well, he loves publicity, have been called an attention whore by many so we don't want to feed him.  He also doesn't have a very high profile, so not many people will have heard of him.  We prefer it this way.

Those in the know, will know.  Those who don't, won;t.

You have referred to this in earlier rants, where you quite clearly stated that you do not the manpower or the firepower. 

As for you opertaives revealing themselves .... The KGB had operatives, are you Russian? Is this a Russian conspriacy? Should we all run out and buy a nuclear weapon from 7-11 for the next Cold War?

Again, still not explaining how hitlisting Roman is your way of helping him. You have given us no evidence that you placed the hit, you have given us no viable reason for why the hit was placed. 

Truth is, you know nothing about the hit being placed. You had nothing to do with it. Even by some minor miracle you do know the person who did it? Then you keep company with a coward and a moron. 

Why? Because here in the mafia we are held accountable for our actions. We live by a code based on loyalty and honor, of which you have neither. 

You seem to think that money plays a far more important role in our world than it actually does. We are not here to make as much money as possible. We will not be judged by how much money we make. I presume you must be the Chief Financial Officer of The Plumbers. Who is the CEO or COO? Luigi or Mario? 

You thought you would come to the Streets and run your mouth about how you and your band (posse? gang? convent? group? association?) of plumbers are so powerful that people would give you credit or respect. You have come across as someone who is punching well above their weight who is quite clearly out of their depth when it comes to putting together anything even close to resembling a coherent attempt to explain why the GF of Chicago was hitlisted for $100M.
