Sue_Gray-Gotti remembered her friend, Gunholder, and the grip in which he held the Streets' attention as he asked WHAT AM I HOLDING? 

Ms Gray-Gotti was a firm believer in not fixing something that isn't broken, and, so, she had an idea for a competition with a difference.

She approaches the Streets and begins to talk....

"Friends, I am rich, and in a generous mood.  As you know, I have been releasing reports into the public commons for some time.  They are well-read, if not well-paid, and for that, I thank and resent you.

But, now, it is time for something different...

Relating only to this thing of ours, and the persons that are part of it, guess what is IN THE REDACTED REPORT!

I will give generously to each person that has a decent go at a guess, and even more to those who use this as an opportunity to insult or make mischief.
