Hobbs read the bulletin with great interest. Jhonny-Sketches might not be able to spell his name but clearly he knew how to get the job done. He was a criminal lawyer by trade, but surely no crime was greater than that of dragging the name of a man like Hobbs through the mud? After all, Hobbs was a man of the people. The Prince of Summerlin. The Pride of Summerlin. A very nice person, adopted brother of those guys in Chicago Hobbs had to pretend to like. His next steps would be to look to board a flight to Los Angelas and take a ride down to Pasadena where he'd look to make contact. He had a very important job for Jhonny, one that could make both of their futures. |
