Greetings all, I'm sure you are all delighted to see a new announcement brought to you by the 13th.
The 13th is proud to announce to the underworld that a new crew will be operating around Las Vegas. With our membership size at an all-time high, and with more of you flocking to our city than ever, I have decided that Sin City will be welcoming a new Captain within the underworld. From now on, Sammy will be running his own subcrew in Vegas as an extension of the 13th.
Sammy has proved himself to be a loyal, hard worker who is more than capable of running his own crew, and being the fantastic person I am, I have decided to give him this opportunity.
So without further ado, from this day forward, the 13th will have a new Captain. I'm sure you will all welcome this decision with open arms.
