How about not -1 or +1 Let's make them .5 like the BG's If they are not actively playing I don't think they are worth a full point either. |

I'm honestly still confused with seeing -1 on players that have been around for almost a month. After a week they should be fair game, as the only value they can add to the game at that point is a +1 |
