I met Romans blood line quite a long time ago, and have been with him since. We have known each other the better of 10 years, wars, fights, peace time. Regardless of the situation we were there together.

You are one of the people i trust the most, and would do anything for and i know you feel the same way.

You have run one of the best cities i have ever seen, and you have made this lifestyle so much more enjoyable for a lot of people.

Through th egood times and bad i know i can always turn to my friend Roman.

Congratulations Roman "The Great"...

Roman, over the past many months you've been much like a father figure to me, a man who I honour and admire and look up to with much respect. My bloodline first started working with you when my father joined Chicago back at the beginning of the year. Although the circumstances upon his arrival were not ideal you welcomed him into your city and made him feel right at home. Only a few weeks after joining Chicago he sadly died after suffering a gun malfunction.

That was when I came along and decided to follow in my fathers footsteps by picking up where he left off. As soon as I landed on these shores I immediately joined up with your city and began working under Kimble and then eventually SpuffWaffle. Only a few months down the line from then and now here I am as your joint Underboss of one of the most powerful crime organizations this country has seen that you have built against all odds, most notibly at the beginning of your reign. Who'd of thought it?

You've guided Chicago through thick and thin expertly on numerous occasions and time after time you've came out as top dog. You're one of a handful of personnel, past and present who's legacy will never be forgotten.

Congratulations on a remarkable achievement my friend!

Ahhh Roman, as many other people have already spoke before me, my bloodline and your self have had their ups and downs. I believe the first time my family had contact with you was my Great Grandfather, a man of high regard in the city of New York. Many political endeavors had us working closely while others we were on opposite sides.

Following his death you took my Grandfather in and game him a place to lay his head until an unfortunate event ended his life abruptly. With out hesitation you took in my father living upholding the legacy of my family again to see his life end short defending this fair city.

Again The doors were open and welcoming when I came upon these shores. You've given me the opportunity to flourish in this city. Given me the honor to serve this city as a Right Hand Man. I've thought long and hard over the last few weeks on what I can give the man who has everything to honor his 2 year birthday.

To some this may seem a bit trivial but I've made you a bologna sandwich.

Roman, what can I say. Since the day my father started in this life of crime you were there guiding the city. You were a key factor in his success and in my own. I appreciate all that you have done. I consider you a friend. It's remarkable that you have been alive as long as you have. I want to thank you for everything you have done for me and our city. 

Congratulations Roman, you are the oldest person ever. 

what can I say...our family lines have known each other a long, long time. Usually your family line killing my family line because my family line were hot headed and impatient. That's really a lot of what makes you a great leader is your patience and ability to not make that knee jerk reaction, that so often lead to a lesser leaders demise.

Like I said, your family has killed a number of mine and like my poppa sandwich always said. If you can't beat em, join em. I am thrilled to be a long for the ride and who knows maybe someday, I'll reach my 2nd birthday!

Acutally J_Kuklinski, Through Roman's two years alive he's been attacked more than you are led to believe. His bodyguards have been shot at on more than one occasion, he's also been shot at more than the two or three times you're claiming. But enough of that as it's not important at this time.

Congratulations on your two year mark, Godfather Roman. I know i've not worked as hard for you as I should've over the past year and some change of my life here, but you continue to provide a place to call home and a solid family to work under. Thank you for all that you've done over your time here, and your time leading.

I remember a brief time after Deimne and the Premier of Los Angeles died where you worked under my Grandmother, Aurora. Even in that short time before Marietta housed you, you gave it your all. You worked your way up from there to become the man you are today. When my Mother Evangeline was alive she worked closely with you in taking down Don Pardo and the others, shortly after that she was taken down along with Colin. Your vengeance after the death of Colin was inspiring. You never gave up your cause until all involved were also taken out.

Once again, thank you for all you've done for us in the past two years, and may much more success come your way.

The strength f roman has been he has not relied on one tactic to build and maintain an empire.  He has shown between tactics, fore and hindsight the problem that can and have arisen and how to counter them.  A combination of force and diplomacy  as well as building those around him both through bgs and working alongside them.  An example of how important adaptability is and why others have also followed, congratulations.

An achievement that if asked 2 years ago could be possible many would just laugh at you. Well done Roman. You are a living legend.

Congratulations Roman. One of my forefathers was born the day after you, but he only lived about a fourth of the time. The reasons? Well, obviously luck plays a good part. The days of my ancestor's youth as well as yours, I recall hearing was not an easy time to survive through. However, luck is not the only thing one could attribute, and nor is it the most important reason. There is obviously some precision... some skill... some dedication behind your longevity, and that is deserving of great respect. Yet even more respect-worthy is the loyalty you have held of the people around you.

Congrats Godfather Roman, I dont know you well, but what you have made is great thing and worth of all respect, but I am sure your just on half of your way so wont spend many words as I have to save some for 4 years aniversity:)
