"Well, yes, but trying to make Detroit home now. It's really a nice city and I really like it." She watched as the gentlemen signaled to have their glasses refilled. He barely had to lift a finger for the bartender to get moving. That was impressive. Was this guy a politician or something? She started to say something else, but then another man approached Mr. Greene. This man looked quite a bit more rough around the edges, and the way he whispered seemed...strange. Sandy quickly returned to her glass to mind her own business. |
