I am sure our business in the future will be profitable and amicable. We have conversed in the past and I felt a connection was made. Don't ever hesitate to call upon me for words of advice.

What you have to realise is that Detroit is quite an active city in the streets. It just is. Our voices are usually heard more often and seen in more speeches than other cities. My opinion as I cannot be arsed post counting. As such we get fingers pointed at us a lot.

But I ask you this Compact. Do you agree with what Philly did today? Are we completely wrong in the criticism we have leveled within this speech?

I found it pretty appalling to see a RHM and other respected members of Detrot nose in on a discussion that should have been about congratulations, and throw around disrespect towards a city head.  I think I lost by tattoo awhile ago... good enough?

It has become par for the course for people to speak badly about Phillys actions. None of the noise made here today by outsiders will have any effect on Phillys course of action today. While I personally found the tone of some of the speakers to be disrespectful, its not my place to correct them. I can only hope that the leadership in Philly will address it, and then we'll all move on.

The critique appears unnecessary, Gene. Given the information that followed, that only 7 members were left and these people had been given the chance to move already, and there also appears to be some mention of Gods destroying HQs (I'm a little confused on that one?). So really, I think in hindsight yes, the comments weren't needed.

However. We don't work in hindsights. The comments were made with the knowledge people had, and LottaBEssen rightly addressed those and corrected a few folk on their assumptions.

I'd like to congratulate Pharol on his opportunity, as I appear to have forgot to do so earlier, and I'd also like to address the comments about members of Detroit voicing their opinions.. I actively encourage everyone, not just Detroit, Everyone, to make their voice heard. If you hear a conversation you feel you can contribute to, do it. Provided the comments are done respectfully, I have no issue at all with them.

No-one has came to my door to complain that anyone from Detroit conducts themselves as anything other than respectfully in these streets, until such time I must assume that no-one has a problem with their comments? Well, other than people un-affiliated with a crime family, and these people are of no interest to me.

Since when has it been acceptable to show this much disrespect to a city head right to their face? You speak of Philidelphia's piss poor standards, what can you say about your own city for allowing you to come and shit on every speech made by Lotta? Jus' Saying.

Heh, Yes. But those are responses to different people. I will stop as and when I see I have nothing to further add. I had nothing further to add until new posters brought new points. Usually points aimed at me.

The third person had somewhat special circumstances. Considering the incognito broken and my own dealings with said person.

In hindsight the comments were probably not needed. But at the time, when I said what I said, I felt strongly enough to make my thought public instead of bitching behind peoples backs like a lot of people who have been talking in the coffee shops. If you all saw this as disrespect then so be it. I cannot comment further. But I stand by the comments I made at the time that I made them.

If you ask Pharol, rather than continue to reply here, I mailed him privately to congratulate him as to not have to return. I also explained why I said what I said and he accepted this and thanked me.

Pharol, with your staunch vocal support of your city and street presense the past few weeks I can't say I'm shocked to see you getting this opportunity. I think giving you this role was a good decision on Philadelphis's part. Good luck

These things happen sometimes where temporary changes of power have to happen as business issues arise.  may i wish you the best of luck pharol in this business venture, may it bring wealth and prosperity to your city.

Pharol, I would like to congratulate yourself on this great achievment. Having spoken to oyu a few times in the streets on various issues, I knowe you are an intelligent, determins, loyal mafioso, and you deserve this honour. LottaBEssen has made a good decision authing you, as you have a brain and a presence. Clearly a well thought out auth and I wish you all the luck. Hopefully now the LottaBEssen finally has someone dedicated and intelligent by her side, Philly might begin to grow again.

Being a family head brings responsibilities, some people are cut for the mustard, some people clearly aren’t and suffer a  severe case of vertigo which lead to them being brought back down to earth. Being a city head brings a whole host of other responsibilities, hand in hand with that comes culpability. Making sure the protection of your direct and indirect families is paramount

There is always going to be a spotlight thrown on those at the top table, all decisions they make are going to be scrutinized and judged, chewed up and spat out and should be held accountable to their city if there is found to be a fuck-up. Its part and parcel of being in the position of power, for calling the shots. Those who don’t have a thick skin don’t tend to last that long

In the whole hysteria of being disrespectful, why should any respect be given to a decision which leads to deaths which could have been avoided, and the very least controlled. Granted, possibly the delivery of some comments by some could have been more tactful, and some were unnecessary.

I still find it pretty appalling that a city leader can wipe their hands clean to apparently appease the masses. In any situation under any circumstances it was a bad call to make. If it goes against the GF council to auth’ another crew leader in order to protect your people, so fucking what!.  Its your city, their your people.

Hell, rack up 10 HQs if it prevents any blood lust from occurring. Deal with the consequences afterwards, knowing your hands are clean and priorities in tact. Are you telling me the GF council are that unreasonable, that callous that  they wouldn’t allowed for a little wiggle room under these extenuating circumstances. Its not an irrational request, one which makes me believe the idea wasn’t even entertained

Irrelevant of the who’s and whys its utterly shameful the ease of which these people were dropped without protection. Its not simply the case that all people were inactive, some were wandering around doing petties and felonies for their city less than 24 hrs earlier

Bottom line is if these people were unwilling to tattoo themselves after countless of requests and orders to do so then they rightly deserved to end up in the obits for showing a complete lack of faith and a reluctantcy to follow orders. You also have to question their loyalty in the first place and why they lasted so long.  You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. You can sure as hell put a bullet in its horsey cranium if it kicks you in bollocks whilst doing so.

If there was no way to have a regulated move over between crews or too lazy and disobedient to follow orders then take them out in-house beforehand. Control their death and avoid any grey areas. The very least is its another notch kill on the cities gun. instead of throwing them unmercifully to the wolves for free target practice.

Its not a case of damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Its a case of putting the welfare of all your people above all else, and not giving a flying fuck about what other people think.  Is this me being disrespectful, I don’t think so. Its me pointing out the black and white. I apologise to those who think otherwise, actually I don’t.

In saying that, congratulations goes to Pharol for this opportunity. He’s proved to be nothing more than staunch and dependable in his commitment to Philly and would be a credit to any city
