Okay, although I hate most American Sports, and Soccer. I would have to say that Soccer is only the worlds most played sport thanks to the third world countries that have inherited a love for the game, the reason being is that it is probably the most easy to learn to play. You kick a ball towards a goal. I understand there is more than that, but that is the premise, it is fairly simple. Perhaps not on a professional level, but on a regular level. Another reason is that the game of Soccer has been around forever, whereas games such as American Football have only been around for 100-130 years. Of course it is going to be more watched then a sport that almost has no history before 1850. This however is not the reason I dislike Soccer, I dislike it for the lack of scoring, for sixty minutes... they should be able to score at least three times. Perhaps twice. Yet, I have actually heard that on most games, one side will not score at all. Just like Hockey. That is another game that I cannot stand for the same exact same reason. I don't know, for some reason the high scoring of sports such as American Football or even better... Basketball, seem to catch my eye more then all of the defensive plays in the games of Hockey and Soccer. Of course, this is not why this was brought up in the first place, and I sorta went in to a long ass ramble. So I will finish up by saying... lol at me for spending 8 minutes on this. |

| football is an contact sport- i like it. basketball is skill- love it. boxing/Ultimate fighting- another contact sport, love it. Soccer- boring sport maybe 2 scores per team a game:/. Just my point of view, can sew me for it;) | |

Soccer is the worlds most loved sport FACT So in soccer there are not many goals, but there is excitement. FACT In soccer you just kick a ball, well what the fuck do you do in american football? RUN WITH A BALL......what do you do in baseball STAD THERE AND SWING A BAT.......what do you do in basketball? RUN WITH A FUCKING BALL!!!!!!!!!!! Do you get my point? kthx |
