Bloody weeks. My mom always said: behind every cloud there is some sunshine. Well I really hope so, I can do with some sunshine to lighten up the days in this world.

The car drive from New Orleans to New York took about two hours and arriving at the Boxing Arena, Ladyfighter sees her mailbox is full again with letters from family members whose father just died and is not participating in the boxing competition. But also a few new participants.

Still not 32 participants, so come on people, fill the list.

Ladyfighter looks around in the streets and sees a lot of handsome, well muscled gangsters walking around, but the list of participants is still not filled to 32.

It seems with all the killings of last weeks, boxing fighters have lost their spirit of participating in the Boxing contest.

This is the last call for people who want to participate.

As you can see there are already 21 names and I need 32 to start the competition. There is no entrance fee required. There will be a small donation to the winner. Sorry, my mom did not leave me a lot of cash.

The only thing you need to do to participate is to write your name in this thread.

Any chance we can get this started with 24 fighters and change the format a little bit? Or by luck of hte draw pair up some fighters with dummy fighters who will not show up or lose because they are not well trained? I mean, something to get this rolling. I miss the excitement if these events.

Zaxxarito sees the gathering crowds and wanders over to take a look at what all the commotion is.

Hearing the fine lady speak of a boxing competion brings back memories for Zaxxarito, fine days of running, sweat and sparring.

I'd really like to be considered for this competion. I'm the Freemont Fist, or Zaxxarito to my friends.

Dimitri had heard about the boxing competition coming up, and decided to throw in his lot. He had never boxed before and thought it would be a good experience.

Whats the worst that can happen? Count me in.

I want in on this.

Emilio after making his rounds in New York he heard news of a boxing tourny.  Having only fought in some street fights, he decided he would try his luck at real boxing.

Sign me up, fights are always good, especially when there is a cash prize for the winner!

Ladyfighter comes home after spending most of her time busting innocent gangster out of jail. There were a few that winked at her when they were released. One was even whispering to her "Thanks Lady, see you soon". Now that is strange, Ladyfighter does not date. But as a real Lady, she answered him "Yeah right!!" and turned her back on him.

On her way home, she collected her mail from the PostOffice and even the officer there winked at her.

Confused on all this attention, she made herself a cup of coffee and sat down to read her mail. Luckily a few new boxing fighters wrote her to apply for the competition.
Ladyfighter knew there were more brave gangsters in this world.

The one from Don_Dimitri caught her eye. That is really courageous to have his first boxing fight ever in this competition. I hope he is going to do some training in the training areas around this world.

Ladyfighter decides that tonight she will make the pairing and let the round get started. So if there are a few fighters that still want to participate, they still have about 10 hours to subscribe.
