I'm not sure if this speach is more or less of a fail than the attempted takedown of New York, I say failed because once New York attacked Chicago we dealt with them while St Louis sat on their arse's. 2 bullets where found in the remains of TeQ (who was in St Louis doing damage to his would be attackers) that where both fired from Chicago's guns.

Attempted takedown of NY? NY is gone, Teq would have been buried by a STL gun simply because he's a man of his word. Shot for shot, I mean what's done is done but "sat on their asses" is far from true.

What is the point in hitting before being hit if you just end up dead anyway? Had Saint Louis had power to back up their moves and do it efficiently they wouldn't be dying right now.

Had STL went at Chicago first would it be different? Of course it would, the preemptive strike is basically death to whoever is on the receiving end, power doesn't matter if you don't see a shot coming.
