Just a curious question. When the Detroit plan was outlined, was there any discussion about the ammount of bodyguards a person could have when they moved and set up. As it stands, you can only have a limited number of bodyguards if you wish to set up in Las Vegas. That leaves this city at a extreme disadvantage to other cities. But that isnt the case with Detroit. Why does that city get a different set of rules when its basically the same situation as Las Vegas? |

Riggins, although there was no limit specified in the original statement, there is an EWP limit to those setting up in Detroit. |

Though Riggins point remains, Detroit are still at a better footing that Vegas, the difference however between the two cities is a lot more than that. Vegas is an open City, anyone that has the approval of their CL/GF may opt to come over and start a family. |
