I think you are confused by my meaning. What I am saying is Ginger did the dirty deed of taking out DeadlySin and Furio without the regime taking a bad press hit for it. You see DeadlySin had been caught up in some logs that ended up getting MatteoDenaro and Provenzano killed.  DeadlySin was a part of those logs so the timer had been set for his death he moment they came to light. So DeadlySin was going to have to be killed, but those up top thought it best to do it in a way that would keep their hands clean.

Poor Furio was too real of a leader to be allowed to sit as GFC for long so they decided to take him out. To think that Ginger really cared about Ronnie being killed is laughable. I'm sure what the real offense was DeadlySin decided that Ronnie needed to go without asking permission from the rest of the regime. You know a GFC deciding how to run his city. That's just not allowed these days.
