Whereas I believe some of the things he was saying were complete lies and just fabrications of the truth, he knew inside information of your fathers family, such as the dealings with Slab over certain compensation, now either he was one of your fathers most trusted, or your fathers family leaked information like a seive. Either way, what happened in the end was bound to happen given the information Chicago had.

based upon how longg i've been playing while Monet being at the least a prominant figure in Chicago, that he does what is best when i comes to the protection and safety of Chicago. if he had to put down Batman, then in my opinion he had to. he seems liek the person that would explore all options before doing such a drastic choice. even though i'm from LV  i believe what Monet did was, from the information given on both sides, justified. 

but in the end i'm just another voice in the streets.
