Friends, it is I, the winner of last week's lottery, who donated a tidy sum of it to my wonderful boss and then lost the rest on dice.  Such is life.  But that was then and this is now.

In this world, one can be almost anything.  But if the binary choice was a vampire of a plumber, which would you choose?

Brent, among other vocations is a vampire.  He's short on money, but his crew have a certain elegance.  

LeoMaranzano is not a vampire.  What he is, however, is the efficient dispatcher of ne-er-do-wells from within his crew.  BrotherWinston was not a good person.  Rumours abound that he was a member of an underground grouping, or "group" as they are sometimes known.

Let's talk about Iron Fist.  Who were they?  What were they?  Were they a forerunner to the notorious POLHF?  A prototype Plumbers?

Who knows.  But let's talk about Leo again.

He's a boss, from Los Angeles, and for my money, probably the best CL in all of California.  I rate the funster.  But he's not a vampire.

And that takes us back to Brent.  Can anyone believe that he's still alive?  Or is he?  It's just all so confusing.  

Should we take a poll, find out if he's alive or dead?

I think the magic eight ball would be confused by whether Brent is alive or dead, unless there were an "undead" option available. But back to the issue at hand - vampire or plumber.  Let's dig deeper into it, while keeping the binary choice. Can a vampire be a plumber? What if there's a plumber, and he is just busy plumbing away when along come Brent and bites him right on the neck...

We know what happens next, but is he no longer a plumber? Why wouldn't he be? It seems to me to be the perfect ruse for getting people to let you into their homes. Hell, they will literally invite you right inside if you're the neighborhood plumber, which you are not supposed to do with vampires, even nice ones. Plus you still get to make money as a plumber and you can overbill people, too. What are they going to do about it?
