A thick steel door is opened.. and out emerges Notorious Crime Figure RileyFreeman alongside with his crime associate Alonzo onto a wide porch that covers the front of the new building You can see both men vary clearly and notice that RileyFreeman is wearing a large golden ring with abnormally large diamonds, some of the diamonds glinting the sun into your eyes as you squint The City of Chicago was recently opened for new families to set up and establish their business routes and criminal dealings, and The Wheelchair Bandits have moved its business operations to Chicago. Structure and adhering to the structure is very important in our business and you can bet we got a plan for that. Motions to Alonzo to pass him a piece of paper that is on a large round table a few feet away..Alonzo hands the note over and Riley opens it..reading: You may look at our family and wonder what are they going to offer this city. Well the answer is simple, change. I will do things differently and I feel that not every leader of a criminal operation must run their business the same. You always run things the same and your going to get the same results. I believe that every Crew Leader has his or her strengths and weaknesses and where I lack in experience, or street presence I will more than make up for with dedication to my family and to the new Mafioso that are welcomed into our life of crime. I've spent my whole crime career planning and working on Project Mayhem and the takeover of the dreaded past regime. I have earned the respect and blessing from the great Jonnie Reese, and I would like to personally thank him for allowing me to step out and make a name for my family and myself. Blows cigar smoke into the air.. watching as the new mafioso walks into the streets of Chicago and every other city.. Riley was handing out cigars and liquor earlier to everyone interested.. BUT.. Looks at riley who is slouched in a nice leather couch in the HQ... It looks like he drank and smoked everything we had... maybe in a few days we will have some more so the party can continue..but until then back to the HQ - lots of work to do with these new mafioso.. and with this old city! |

Chicago has had many great leaders over the years; Sprozza: The man who single handedly destroyed The Merciless Army 4 years ago. Had a reported gun of over 500 kills! Died to a wackback on a gangster after surviving for 27 months. No one will ever forget the name TrojanTrestleTable. bighead: Who could forget this Chicago stalwart? Survived 35 attacks on his family, all whilst he was sleeping. Wackbacked a supposed 67 Consigs. Survived but 7 days. His name will live one. And what was that name? Shanks. Under their watchful gazes a young SunTzu came to power during the first bloody Valentines Day massacre which he won. SunTzu DID IT! was the cry. And he had done it. Unfortunately SunTzu had not learnt enough from his experiences of battling CountD during VDay and he was soon betrayed by TheIncredibleDrunk who went on to rule Chicago for 20 nights, his best friend EnricoCantonaro ruled during the day time. It is these fine men that you RileyFreeman go after. And I'm sure in the days after your death (long may that be) the name RileyFreeman will go in the annals of history alongside RizzoTheRat (who spawned the Tums) and _Stormvind_ as legends in our time. I too would like to commend RileyFreeman in being given the honour of following in the footsteps of those Chicago greats. The likes of Sprozza, The Narcissist, bighead and Mr 48. It is with great shame that I must point out, the golden apple grown on the trees in the Hall of Mirrors by The Narcissist did not fall closer to bighead or Sprozza's trees though. Indeed, these fledling saplings could well have benefitted from more tutelage from the great man, who lest we forget was the first ever Godfather. Nobody could forget the fabled "Castle" wars, of which bighead and his family The Realm of Amber did little to assist. Whilst he coined the slogan "we've stolen your Castle" his fellow warmongers RumbleFish and Oberon were less than pleased with his performance. In fact IzzyCreamcheese was reportedly quoted as saying "I mean what did he actually do? He just wacked TheThirdDan's bodyguards and shanked Oliver_MacTavish a little. What the fuck is that?" Similarly Sprozza's role has come under scrutiny. The head of the European Union is heavily criticised for introducing references during the "Castle Wars" with contempories like RedScorpion pinpointing this as the reason ShiftyBastard fell. "It is hard not to blame Sprozza and the European Union for ShiftyBastard's death. The references rule killed him as sure as the bullet from bighead before he stole his Castle. The historical accuracy of your points AndSheLovedIt fill me with hope for the world. I remember when a young ratSkcoR, son of Mother, opened the papers for the first time. "Chicago Rules OK" was the first ever headline. And it did. For in those days the cities were patrolled by MrsDoubtfire, famed for his (for he was a he) defence. Some say he died in the great war with ClauseMcSlapawhore. Others know the truth. He died from an accidental suicide whilst drunk. It was weeks later when Chicago finally recovered and Monte took centre stage to rule for an unprecedented 3 years. After becoming the first ever Godfather and overseeing the rise and fall of the Godfather Council and the Chilly Tax, he died of natural causes after the great earthquake 3 years ago which killed every Mafiosi in America. Except one... ...Birday. Birday was the only man to survive after VDay 8000 which claimed the lives of over 5000 men. He was granted the rank of Don by unanimous decision and ruled for 5 months before succumbing to a fatal stab to the face from Marco. Marco suicided shortly after in disgust.
