Hi Peeps For me, I thought the moon followed our car at night because it liked us. Dead serious. What’s yours? Let’s hear the childhood logic. |

I believed if I had a dream with someone I knew in it, then it meant they had the same dream. There was a girl in elementary school that I wanted to be friends with, and I told her all about the dream and asked if she had it too. Probably thought I was weird af lol. |

As a child, I used to bite my fingernails because of anxiety and my father told me that if I continued to do it, that my fingers would all fall off. I literally believed that until I was maybe ten years old. More embarrassingly, I thought Jurassic Park was legit until I was seven. |

I always found it weird as a kid that an actor could die in a movie and then come act in another movie, it was just mind-blowing, I believed that you can only act once in a movie (in case you die in example) |

I used to think mannequins were alive. They always scared me as a kid, hell they even scare me a little now.
I think it got even worse when I first saw slenderman though. I probably shouldn't have been introduced to these types of games as a kid but I couldn't help it. I just had to find out what slenderman was lol. |

when I was a kid, I loved this movie called back to the future, and I literately thought it would be more like that when 2015 came, but it didn't, and yes I'm disappointed, |

I believed that you couldn't eat the watermelon seeds or it would grown a watermelon tree inside of your belly. It's funny to think about nowadays. |

When I was younger I had a fear/belief that something would drag me out of bed if either of my feet were not completely covered.
I still have that feeling but not as bad these days lol |

The Easter bunny When you think about it now it’s kind of ridiculous. An oversized rabbit that hides eggs and gives out candy. Kind of creepy… no wonder kids are terrified of it. |

My mom told me if I swallowed bubble gum it would stay in my stomach forever or something weird and I believed her. And my face did not get stuck like that when I gave her the look. |

| As a kid I genuinely believed it was illegal to drive the car with the inside light on. Mostly due to my dad telling us that lie over and over again. Not even sure why that was such a thing when I was a kid, but even now my initial reaction when somebody goes to turn those lights on while driving is to be like “what are you doing? Trying to get us pulled over?”. | |

When I was a kid and my father was shouting at a old Spanish lady, he turned to the car with the family in it and shouted, "that bloody Witch, I was terrified, she was dressed in black, long black hair black smudged eyes. When I was eleven I asked about the witch, they where confused at first but later understood and explained that sometimes grown ups call annoying people Witch, my teacher got it in class the next day "Witch !" |

As a kid, I believed in the system - in the lies told to us by the generations before - about the American Dream... Now that I'm older, with debt I can't catch up on because everything costs more, but the federal minimum wage hasn't changed. My parents gripe at me for getting a coffee and not budgeting to buy a house, but what's the point of budgeting for something I can't afford the payments on? |

As a kid I believed that We Will Rock You/We Are the Champions was one song, not two. Anytime they are played, they are played together. |

I don't know if anyone remembers the big blue balls with a handle on it that you used to bounce on as a kid. I had this recurring dream that they would bounce me higher and higher until I started reaching the sky, and it would always end with me falling into a gators mouth. So I stopped playing with them because I didn't wanna "Jump too high and get eaten..". I was a weird fucking kid. |
