I agree with having a SR for people who are not maxed and one for people who are maxed that leaves out all it took to get to be maxed.

btw, we really should change the way we refer to "maxed guns". There is no such thing, Actually we say maxed when we mean "Out of negative stats" or "basic trained", whatever, you get the idea.

Also, I would REALLY leave out the misses since they don't take away anything from the wack stat. Some people with vision answers start shooting as soon as they have a gun because it's cheaper and faster than to range (from a certain point).
